RARE INTERCEPT: CBP and the Coast Guard stopped a 27-foot smuggling vessel near Key Largo carrying 23 illegal immigrants — including 13 Chinese nationals — in what officials called an "extremely dangerous" maritime infiltration attempt off the Florida coast.
Sources told Fox News it is extremely rare to see Chinese nationals attempt to enter the U.S. through Caribbean sea routes typically used by Haitians, Dominicans and Cubans. During the Biden administration, Chinese illegal immigrants were known to cross through land routes in California and Texas — routes now locked down under the Trump administration.
The shift suggests smuggling networks are adapting to tighter border enforcement on land by pushing migrants into far riskier ocean crossings. One suspected smuggler, a Cuban national, was among those arrested.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Roni Mendez-Escobar, an illegal alien from Guatemala, was sentenced to six years in prison after being convicted of child pornography and illegal re-entry.
When ICE lodged a detainer for him after his arrest in October 2025, sanctuary politicians in Fairfax County, Virginia refused to honor it and RELEASED him into their community.
Fortunately, their attempts to protect this pedophile failed and ICE arrested him. He will now be behind bars where he belongs, and @ICEgov will be ready to deport him so he can never threaten another American child.
