The RANDOM button rolls through your library and gives you a 5-second countdown: randomize again, or launch now. It's cured my "scroll for 20 minutes, play nothing" habit (mostly).

It finds the old stuff too. PREY (2006), UT2004, whatever's sitting in a folder on D:\ shows up next to your Steam library, with real icons.

Today’s update marks a new chapter for Quake Champions as we transition the game from a free-to-play service to a paid application on Steam. Along with 30 Seasons worth of content to enjoy, all Champions are now unlocked for everyone, and most vanity content is available to equip. Battle Passes and microtransactions have been removed. Quake Champions is now available for one low price on Steam. No additional content updates are planned at this time. My favorite way to finish an opponent in 1v1 Rocket Arena 2 Quake 2 RA2 is probably my favorite game ever, and it's fun being back even though I'm trash now :> Arena FPS Games are top tier.
