But every human has an inner voice which says:
- I am perfect in my uniqueness
- My purpose is to be myself
- All is well
So this causes an internal battle and the work is to practice letting go of everything else and let your inner voice from Source be the most dominant.

The reason why mainstream education can feel so limiting/restrictive is because most of it is telling students that:
- there is a standard to how they should be doing something
- they need to change/adapt/be different in some way
- there is something to work towards

You’re happy when you listen to your inner voice consistently.
For small and big things, listening to your inner voice is how you build trust in yourself.
Trust leads to belief, confidence and knowing.
You’re creating harmony within and outside of yourself.

Your inner voice that is from Source is always loving, kind and compassionate.
To make this voice the most dominant, meditate so that you’re continuously coming back to this rather than having other people’s voices/opinions be dominant.

Living from your heart is what comes naturally to everyone.
This is doing the things that bring you joy, exploring things that interest you and following your curiosities.

Imagine life as an infinite buffet, bursting with flavours, textures, colours and scents.
As you have different experiences, you develop a taste for what you like and don't like.
When you encounter something you don't like, simply find something that like to replace it.

True empowerment does not come from following somebody else's step-by-step or how-to guide.
The same way that you cannot learn to drive by memorising a text book about driving.
Self-empowerment comes by giving yourself permission to chart your own path and live it.

Imagine your emotions as colours of the rainbow.
Each colour creates different feelings within you.
No colour is objectively good or bad, it's just a colour.
When you remember this, you allow emotions to come and go freely without being so attached to each one.

You are not broken. You do not need to be fixed.
It's simply that you've picked up beliefs that are not true which is why they don't feel good.
So, rather than 'healing' think of it as cleaning away the beliefs that are not yours so that you can see clearly.

At the end of the day, a person can only speak from their experience.
So when your parents give advice, as much as they love you, they are speaking from their experience.
It's up to you to decide what you want to do with their advice. There is no right or wrong thing.

In the same way it feels easy to assume the worst, go in the opposite direction and assume the best:
- Everything is working out extremely well for you
- You're doing an amazingly well
- Many wonderful things are unfolding for you
- You're exactly where you are supposed to be

Compound interest on your joy:
- Speak more of what you love
- Do more of what you love
- Create more of what you love
- Think more of what you love
- Write more of what you love

Make your mind be a luxurious place to be:
Show yourself kindness
Give yourself space to grow
Let go of hurtful thoughts patterns
Assume the best of yourself
Remind yourself every moment is an opportunity to focus on the wanted rather than the unwanted
