🚨 DID YOU KNOW H-1B WORKERS CAN DO THIS?
An H-1B worker says he just spent 26 days in Mexico specifically to preserve H-1B time while waiting on PERM.
Now he’s planning another trip from September 19 to October 8.
Why?
H-1B workers can “recapture” qualifying days spent outside the United States and add them back to their six-year limit.
That’s not a Reddit loophole. It’s actually in federal immigration rules.
The worker says he even re-entered with an expired visa stamp using another provision called automatic visa revalidation.
Reddit claim aside, the recapture rule itself is real.
How many Americans even know this exists?

That would be the Democrat party that told you it was for climate change.

The league said the message violated its rules against displaying personal messages on game day.

Trump locked the border. Then mass deportations went to pretty much zero. 107 million here and the voters already said what they want. The problem isn’t the President. It’s the advice.
This can quickly turn into something we’re gonna be talking about for a while!
Night before they were outside yelling, threatening a Black woman while women and kids stayed in the house scared.
Next day New Era Detroit pulls up on that same block… and suddenly nobody wants to come outside.
Is this a one-time thing, or the beginning of something that’s been needed?
I’ve always said it: a lot of these men don’t say a word when they’re by themselves. Get them in a pack and all of a sudden they’re loud and tough. Real men show up and they stay in the house. That tells you everything.
These New Era brothers don’t look like they’re about to bow down.
This might be something we hear about for a while.
