Looks like southerners are the least well-connected to their families In London, less than a third of people live half an hour away from their mother In the North East, 71% live within half an hour of their mother

This doesn't bode well for relationships. @jburnmurdoch suggests different algorithmically walled gardens of TikTok meaning young men and womin inhabit different spaces as as one theory. Education as a shared space therefore matters.

NEW: an ideological divide is emerging between young men and women in many countries around the world. I think this one of the most important social trends unfolding today, and provides the answer to several puzzles.
