In an interview yesterday, he confirmed three things running in parallel:
ā Lawyers drafting an emergency case to file at the Supreme Court before the election and again immediately after
ā Thousands of lawyers staged for deployment to polling stations across multiple states
ā A national strike on Election Day ā millions in the streets, workers, unions and businesses shutting down, modeled on Minneapolis after ICE killed Alex Pretti and Renee Good
Read the sequencing. The legal challenge exists before the votes are counted, so the result is pre-contested. The lawyers at the polls create the disputes. The strike supplies the pressure. Three legs of one stool, and none of it requires losing first.
Markeyās own tells: he says Trump is ādesperateā ā citing trips to Texas to save a safe Senate seat and stops in Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa ā and predicts Republicans will flee the MAGA agenda rather than be āsacrificial lambs.ā Then the admission that matters most: he fears ICE or the military get deployed, and says the street mobilization is meant to signal outrage to the Supreme Court if a petition lands.
Thatās the whole theory in one sentence. The Court doesnāt rule in a vacuum. It rules under a crowd.
Heās right that this looks like the Eric Holder election war-game template, reheated. What he wonāt say is that a war game assumes an enemy ā and in this one, the American voter is the terrain, not the decider.
The modern Jacobins are out for blood. Common-sense candidates at the ballot box, or the republic gets litigated and marched out from under us.

Markey Reveals Color Revolution Plan: Unions & Workers to Shut Down Nation?
Senator Markey must have participated in the organized Ed Holder Election War Game Exercises.
In a interview conducted today, Senator Ed Markey stated that lawyers were already drafting an emergency case to bring before the U.S.
Supreme Court both before and immediately after the election. He added that thousands of lawyers were being prepared for deployment to key polling stations across multiple states.
Markey further said preparations needed to include readiness for a national strike on Election Day, with millions of people taking to the streets to protest what he described as an attempted electoral crime. He specifically called for workers, unions, and businesses to shut down in a manner similar to the response in Minneapolis following the deaths of Alex Freddi and Renee Goode.
Markey argued that the president was growing increasingly desperate because Republican fortunes had slipped, citing repeated visits to Texas to protect an otherwise safe Senate seat and campaigning in historically safe Republican states such as Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.
The Senator predicted that an anticipated large Democratic victory would prompt some Republicans in the House and Senate to distance themselves from the MAGA agenda rather than become āsacrificial lambs.ā
Markey expressed concern that desperation could lead to the deployment of ICE agents or the military, and he said the public mobilization would demonstrate outrage to the Supreme Court if an emergency petition were filed.
This is why voters must choose common sense candidates in this midterm cycle. The modern Jacobins are out for blood, and only a decisive choice at the ballot box can save our republic.

Here we go again with CBS. 60 Minutes ran a sad story about a Houston husband and father who was deported to Ghana in July. Moussa Diawara is not a Houston man who got a raw deal. He is an illegal alien from Mali who overstayed his tourist visa by more than ten years, and a judge ordered him removed way back in 2012. He had over a decade to do the right thing and leave or go the legal route, and he just kept staying.
And here's what CBS left out. DHS pulled his asylum file, and his reason for fearing a return to Mali was that he is gay. This man is married to a woman and they have two children together. DHS General Counsel James Percival called him 60 Minutes' poster child for so-called wrongful deportations, and DHS called the claim an absurd bit of fraud and I agree with DHS.
CBS has no credibility left. They keep giving us these sob stories and keep leaving out the facts that don't fit. These people know they are here illegally and they know they shouldn't be here. Lying on an asylum application to stay is not a sad story, it's fraud, and it hurts the people who are truly fleeing persecution and the ones who waited their turn to come here legally. Tell the whole story, CBS.

More trans crimes covered up by media: An Oregon trans child sāx criminal I previously reported on in 2024 has been arrested again for allegedly attempting to gain access to minors, this time in Hennepin County, Minn.
Alec Ray Craig, a trans-identified male who uses the name "Makayla Craig," 29, was arrested for allegedly attempting to register at a local Minnesota high school by identifying as a homeless teen girl under the name "Molly Lennox Fox."
He was convicted last year in Linn County, Ore. for trying to sign up at an Albany, Ore. school under a false identity while being a registered sāx offender. He was sentenced to 20 days in a local jail.
Craig identifies as a transgender polyamorous age-regressor otherkin furry. His pronouns have included "she/her" and "they/them." He fundraises for leftist causes. Using the arguments of trans ideology, some trans radicals believe you can also self-identify your age, just like gender.
The trans activist has a prior conviction for sexually abusing a minor in 2023 that bans him from being around minors.
For years, media has covered up that Craig is transā referring to him as a "woman." Minnesota mainstream media uses Craig's fake female name and "they/them" pronouns in their current reporting

Ngo investigates: Oregon trans activist and registered sāx offender accused of trying to gain access to children at high school by posing as a 15-year-old girl
The @albanyorPD in Oregon announced on Dec. 19 that it had arrested a 27-year-old registered sāx offender named "Makayla Craig" for posing as a 15-year-old girl trying to attend school with other children. The police referred to the suspect as a "them," and when I called the jail, the person refused to tell me if Craig is male or female. So I looked further.
Makayla Ray Craig is a convicted felon and trans activist who was previously known as Alec Ray Craig. Craig was convicted last year of sāxual abuse. He was sentenced to only 36 months probation. He is prohibited from having unsupervised contact with minors.
Craig has an extensive online social media history as a trans activist and aspiring trans influencer. He has posted pārnographic cartoons on Reddit that show characters who look like schoolchildren engaging in sāx acts. In the summer, he praised the shooting of Donald Trump.
In 2022, he and his mother, Robin Leigh Craig, went viral on TikTok in a video where the mother defended her son's trans identity. In the background of the video, one could see sāx toys hanging on the wall.

And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution?
Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America.
FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE."
RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding.
But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance.

One of the more disturbing components of @DataRepublican's "Democracy Files" is the involvement of Illinois governor JB Pritzker.
I wrote the below article to hone in on that particular topic. It's only ~400 words, but I nevertheless did it as an article so I could include supporting hyperlinks.
