This might be a hot take but I feel like reducing Solel to just being stupid takes away a lot of what makes him an interesting character, he’s taken advantage of and left unaware in a way that plays into his known flaws. He’s a good person and a bad leader, but not stupid.
He’s also not privy to the player’s perspective which I see some people use against him. He should know those things, yes, but the reason he doesn’t isn’t stupidity, it’s because of his own personal shortcomings and his flaws as a leader.
