Another fun collaboration: The norepinephrine indicator from @tpatriarchi shows excellent signal changes and kinetics – the latter being characterized using patch-clamp fluorometry and fast ligand applications. Many thanks to @tpatriarchi and everybody involved!! @naturemethods

This was a fun collaboration with @LabMasseck, which prompted us to combine ultra-fast ligand application and patch-clamp fluorometry! The result – nice kinetic data on sDarken, which is a great sensor with excellent signals. Many thanks to all, who made this work!
