Love moral Jewish-Americans trying to make a difference to help the Palestinians, like @bradlander. Honestly, since national media doesn’t care about Muslims and would never feature us, it’s critical to have Jewish voices on our side that the bigots in media value so much more.

He’s Somali-American & Muslim. But no mention of his ethnicity or religion.
Because if it l were to be a crime he committed then his race would have been mentioned. #Minnesota

Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother (🌟🌟🌟🌟) is one of the year’s best films. My full review of this movie - as is the case with all of my reviews -is saved over on my Highlights tab, and in that review, I chronicle Mahershala Ali’s brilliance in this movie. Ali brings an intensity that jumps off the screen. Loved this film & can’t recommend it enough.
I remember this case. Can't believe she only got 10 years. For fucks sake she definitely should not have been elegible for parole.
A former Dallas police officer convicted of killing a Black man in his apartment that she mistook for her own was released on parole after serving seven years of her 10-year sentence.

The two movies dominating film discourse this weekend are a new restoration of a film from 1971 and a 3 hour documentary from Nathan Fielder. What a time to be alive.
