Region F by-law enforcement operation is underway in Ward 54, Ormonde, targeting businesses and properties that are not complying with City regulations.
First property: An industrial park with 36 units had no occupation certificate. A notice was issued. @CityofJoburgZA
Second property: Amethyst Business Park, with 33 units, had no approved building plans, an illegal electricity connection and unserviced fire equipment. Enforcement action was taken. #JoburgByLaws @CityofJoburgZA
Third property: No occupation certificate, along with an illegal connection to a neighbouring property. A Level 2 electricity disconnection was carried out, while Section 56 and fire notices were issued. #JoburgByLaws
