The hospital is telling us it’s time to think about hospice care for my mom. It is taking ever my ounce of my energy to not break down in front of her.
For many months, all I heard about my show was how awful is was and how people hated it and hated me. I got so used to the negativity that I wasn’t sure if I wanted to even finish the season.
Thank you to the people who reminded me that those negative voices aren’t the majority. Call it ego if you want, but knowing the crazy shit I say in my head is actually connecting with people out there in the ether was all I’ve ever wanted.

I think the thing I’m learning right now is that there isn’t always the right way to do something. Most of the time, there is just the way that things get done. Efficiency comes from trial and error, not natural talent.
Turned out to be a blood infection. Hopefully a round of antibiotics will set her right.
My mom is back in the hospital for the third time in two months. I hate this so much. I feel so helpless because I can’t just snap my fingers and make her feel better.

There’s a 10-12 million vote deficit between Biden 2020 and Harris 2024. Those votes are suburban white and urban Latino men.
