This is my second year of playing Fantasy Football, how do you like my team?
Competitive 12-team home league, full PPR, 6 point passing TDās.
My first year playing was awful. My top 4 draft picks got hurt for huge chunks of the season, I traded for Cam Skattebo and the next week he was out for the season and I managed to grind to a .500 record just to lose a playoff spot to a tie and having less points for. Hopefully this season is better considering that I now know; the player pool, the format and how it all worksš¤

Okay so I got Freddy wrong. The Rays were definitely a team that I had circled as a good fit but I thought the Brewers reunion made more sense.
As for Weaver, heās probably not going to the White Sox now that Brazoban was traded to them. However, I did have Gabe Davis going to the Mets in that deal and he was included in the Brazoban deal! Semi-win! My deep dives are connecting in terms of the returns that I thought weād get but Iām sending the wrong players to the right teams.
Hereās my 2026 Mets Trade Deadline predictions and some other thoughts;
- Francisco Lindor isnāt and shouldnāt be traded. Thatās outrageous.
- I think Peralta is an excellent fit for the Braves and the Marlins but I doubt we trade him within the division.
- Clay Holmes could be moved but his value would be at the lowest since heād be building back from injury. I think we extend him instead.
- I think Weaver could go to the Pirates (was tempted to put him there) but I think we also move Taylor at the deadline and the White Sox need a set-it and forget-it closer type + a right-handed platoon outfielder.
- Raley would be a good fit with the Mariners as well but he just seems like a Twin to me.
- Vientos probably doesnāt get traded but I think we finally pull the plug and heād benefit from a change of scenery. Heād fit great with the Tigers who could use a righty power bat to complement Keith at 3B or Carpenter at DH.
- No matter who we trade, I donāt see us getting a top 5 prospect in anyoneās farm system in return, Iād be shocked if we do. Weāll be stocking up on young upside arms with +fastballs and corner infielders.
