I wish to bring to your urgent attention the illegal construction and encroachment of the public footpath by Pappilon Fast Food Corner, Irla, near Cooper Hospital, Vile Parle West, Mumbai.
The restaurant is operating by occupying unauthorized space, leaving pedestrians with no proper space to walk on the public footpath.
During the Diwali festive season, residents, shoppers, senior citizens, children and other pedestrians are facing serious inconvenience because of this encroachment. People are forced to walk on the busy road, creating traffic congestion and increasing the risk of accidents.
