I correct my kids when they use the word “equal” as the standard for what is fair.
People are not equal.
We are all unique in talent, ability, circumstance, and need. Pursuing equality disregards individuality and creates new inequities in the attempt to erase others.
Fairness allows different solutions for different people and justice demands that those solutions remain principled.
Seek what is fair and just, not equal.
🎥 Movie: Songcatcher
Just remembered this old movie, it’s so good if you’re in the mood for a good drama filled with beautiful music and harmonies.
The soundtrack features Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, Rosanne Cash, and Patty Loveless.
Several years ago (before drugs consumed the area), harmonies like this were common throughout Appalachia TN, VA and KY.
The music style is influenced from Scottish/Irish ancestry, the original settlers of Appalachia. It’s where and how Bluegrass was born.
I highly recommend the movie Songcatcher. It depicts a realistic view of the area in the timeframe that Dolly’s parents and grandparents grew up in.
To experience unprecedented beauty of our nations parks and monuments, the freedom of assembly and to openly express one’s faith in public… There are few countries where this exists.🇺🇸

40 years ago Antwerpen, Belgium youth were 85-95% Flemish/Dutch/native Belgium.
Due to immigration, declining native birth rates and increasing birth rates amongst Muslims, the youth population in several urban neighborhoods there today is estimated to be 50%+ Muslim, with only a small % of students being ethnically native Flemish.

Hypothetically…….. We are being taxed on money we never made.
Let that sink in.
If I bought my property outright for $160,000 in 2009
Now the county says it’s worth $446,000.
Did I sell it? No.
Did I make a profit? No.
Did I get a check for $446,000? No.
But my taxes jumped like I did.
That’s the problem.
This isn’t income.
This isn’t cash.
This is a number someone decided on paper and now I’m being billed for it.
If my stock portfolio doubles, I don’t pay taxes until I sell.
If my income doesn’t increase, I don’t magically owe more income tax.
So why does owning a home work differently?
Why am I being taxed on unrealized gains?
A house isn’t just an investment, it’s where people live. And this system means you can do everything right, pay off your home, and still get squeezed harder every year because of a number you never turned into money.
You don’t truly own something if you can be taxed out of it.
This isn’t about “services” or “inflation.” It’s about being charged for value you never received.
It’s time people start to notice.

Term #uranium #U308 markets more active than the spot market🚨
✒️As geopolitics continue to weigh on global equity markets, the general risk off sentiment has permeated the spot U308 market, as outlined by industry consultants TradeTech.
✒️The weekly spot U308 price indicator rose slightly to US$85.50/lb from US$85/lb, with the market moribund over the first three days of trade last week due to uncertainty around the Middle East war.
✒️By Thursday, two transactions were conducted, one for 50klbs of U308 at US$85/lb for delivery at Cameco in April, and another for 100klb at US$86/lb for delivery at Orano in April.
✒️On Friday, three transactions followed. The first for 50klbs at US$85.75/lb for delivery at Orano, a second for the same price and transaction details, and a third for another 50klbs at US$84.75/lb for delivery at Cameco in May.
✒️As noted by TradeTech, the buyers are generally favouring delivery at ConverDyn’s Metropolis, Illinois conversion facility in the US or Orano’s facility in France.
✒️The term U308 market has been more active with several utilities selecting preferred suppliers for delivery spanning first delivery in 2027 to delivery extending into the mid 2030s.
✒️Offers are due on Monday 16 March to one US utility that issued a Request for Proposal seeking up to 1.5mlbs U308 for delivery between 2031 and 2036.
✒️The TradeTech Mid term price indicator stands at US$88/lb and the Long term price indicator at US$90/lb.
✒️The weekly spot price is up 4.3% year to date in 2026 and 35.7% on the same period last year.

92k jobs lost in February, big miss from +59k expected. December & January revised to 69k lower than previously reported.
BUT -
Data shows foreign born workers have lost 519,000 jobs over the last year, while native born workers have gained 128k jobs.
Additionally, federal government employment decreased by 10K in February, and is down by 330K, or 11%, since reaching a peak in October 2024.

Denison Receives Final Regulatory Approval to Construct the Phoenix ISR Uranium Mine.
David Cates, President and CEO of Denison commented, "The Commission decision to approve the EA and issue the Licence represents a landmark achievement for Denison, as well as our staff, shareholders, Indigenous partners, and other stakeholders in the Project. We thank the Commission and CNSC staff for promptly delivering the positive results of the recently completed public hearing and extensive federal regulatory review process. Denison has successfully demonstrated to the Commission's satisfaction that Phoenix can be built in a manner that meets Canada's stringent standards.
Phoenix is the first uranium mine in Canada to be approved for ISR mining and is the first large-scale Canadian uranium mine approved for construction in more than 20 years. It is a nation building project that reflects the best of Canadian ingenuity and determination. Owing to the use of the ISR mining method, Phoenix has the potential to generate strong economics while also achieving a superior standard of sustainability when compared to conventional mining methods. With an approximately 2-year construction timeline, the timing of this approval means that the Project remains on track for first production by mid-2028."

The pup led officers straight to the boy, trapped inside a car.
Police called it a “blessing from God.”
“I don’t know where the dog came from, but it was a blessing from God that day,” said LMPD Officer Josh Thompson 🙏🏻
The little boy was safely taken out of the car by police and reunited with his parents.
