The top tiers didn't change much, except Eustace who definitly deserves his spot there now considering how great the new BC feels for him.
I have doubts for Nier, she seems strong.

Side by side comparison of 66L proximity guard in #GBVSR 2.60
Previously 66L was an egregious approach tool that locked you down from a good distance, making walking back not an option to escape.
Now, you have much more room to try and cause it to whiff and punish.
