If you've never been to TCK before. They sell a large variety of food and other products loose (take your own containers) or in non plastic packaging.
We'll provide updates when they come.

"If customers...switched their recyclable tomato ketchup, cola, and washing-up liquid bottles to the reusable Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Coca Cola, and @EcoverUK alternatives, the packaging would be used and reused more than two and a half million times a year."

We are also asking people to think about how they can help reduce single use plastics & waste when visiting cafes, bringing your own re-usable cup is a great place to start ☕💚

Great to having this conversation with the nation this morning! Thanks @GMB for having me on. Our recycling system IS broken and needs fixing. And we need to massively reduce the amount of plastic we're using in the first place. C'mon Boris, let's do it!

As a supporter of World Refill Day with @refill , our stores nationwide serve as refill stations for reusable water bottles on-the-go. And we don’t stop there! We also offer a 25p discount to customers who bring a reusable cup into store. #WorldRefillDay #ChoosetoReuse
Our addiction to single-use plastic is out of control and the pandemic has made it worse. Some governments and businesses have backtracked on their commitments, and some have banned reusables all together.

It’s been great to see so many businesses starting to welcome back customers. The downside, has been a massive increase in disposable, takeaway packaging which has been littering our streets and parks. We want to get reusables back on the menu... citytosea.org.uk/reusables-d…

What’s the UK government’s plastic policy? Dump it on other countries! Less than 10% of our plastic recycling is actually recycled in the UK.
The rest is sent overseas where it’s often burned or dumped, fuelling health and wildlife emergencies.
