Pounds was charged with a misdemeanor count of reckless conduct with a firearm and violated Oklahoma security guard & private investigator act.

Colorado House Democrats have passed HB26-1144, the anti-3D printed bill.
This sweeping legislation seeks to regulate and criminalize the sharing of any 3D model or code that could be used to produce a firearm.
Similar to measures pushed in California and New York, we have warned that the language is so broad that it could impact industries and activities that have nothing to do with firearms.
Democrats are so terrified of a category of device that has fewer fatalities attributed to it than potato peelers that they are willing to set the First, Second, and Fourth Amendments on fire, while threatening countless industries, just to stop you from engaging in your rights.
