Again. Dont bitch about a lack of original ideas when this is happening.
“They Will Kill You" earned just $5 million domestically over its opening weekend. The Warner Bros. and New Line release only cost $20 million to produce, but it’s still a rough result because studios have to split ticket sales with theater owners. bit.ly/4bFH9FJ

Its kind of funny how DiscussingFilm chooses to be super spiteful and shadey towards certain high ranking execs over political and social issues but with Ice Cream Man they're just flagrantly taking every paycheck they can get to promote it
They bitched out. Plain & simple. Would've made the movie so much better. #SpiderManBrandNewDay

This is a better explanation than Punisher saying "i took care of it" #SpiderManBrandNewDay
The Deleted Scene That Explained Peter Parker's Hospital Mystery in 'SPIDER-MAN BRAND NEW DAY'
Rosario Dawson revealed she filmed a scene as Claire Temple (Night Nurse), where she protected Peter Parker's identity after he was rushed to the hospital.
That would've perfectly explained why nobody discovered he was Spider-Man once his suit came off.
Unfortunately, the scene was cut from the final film.

“‘Obsession’ came out at a time when people were starting to believe my generation had lost its love for cinema. Now there’s undeniable proof that younger generations will, in fact, go to the movies.”

So annoying that the writer from brand new day did not watch the punisher nor daredevil. How did Frank have drawings and paintings of his family when HE BURNED DOWN HIS HOUSE. He had 2 pictures. The one Karen gave him and the one he kept on TP s1. THATS IT.

No Way Home is really the prime example of a superhero movie not having any more value than an amusement park ride. A movie that only works once, in the specific setting of a theater on opening weekend. Even a theme park ride has less diminishing returns.

This would be a phenomenal casting as well. #Xmen

How would that work when Feige rarely if ever allows full creative freedom with MCU projects? Im calling bullshit. #ZackSnyder #MCU

The MCU effect.
The Punisher Doesn't Feel Like The Punisher Anymore.
Frank Castle has a major role in 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day', but I feel Marvel changed what made the character so iconic.
• Frank has a much bigger role than expected.
• He is more lighthearted and cracks jokes throughout the movie.
• He works closely with Spider-Man.
• Some scenes don't feel like something the classic Punisher would do.
• The change is especially noticeable after The Punisher: One Last Kill, where he was still portrayed as ruthless and violent.
Marvel seems to have toned him down to fit Spider-Man's lighter, PG-13 tone. While it may feel like a natural evolution of the character, this version of Frank Castle is very different from the one fans loved in Daredevil and The Punisher.
Personally, I think the best way to do justice to the Punisher is to keep him out of PG-13 movies.
Imagine going from Fassbender to fan cast guy. I hope this is fake because the other casting rumors have been solid for x-men
🚨 RUMOR: Jensen Ackles é um dos principais nomes cotados para interpretar Magneto no novo filme dos 'X-MEN'.

One crucial thing BRAND NEW DAY flubs is neglecting to depict Peter’s dire economic straits, which made his NYC struggles so relatable. He’s not hustling photo assignments at the Bugle, struggling to make rent. He’s just somehow got an unlimited tech and Uber Eats budget.
Recency bias. Once the hype fades they'll turn on it like No Way Home. Thats coming from someone who thought the movie was mostly mediocre. #SpiderManBrandNewDay
Tropes can absolutely still work. Its the execution that matters. He's right.
Christopher Nolan says one problem with modern amateur criticism for films is people recognizing a narrative trope & seeing that as a negative.
