Ive noticed something after doing 1000+ hours of rigorous testing and comparing of indicators to the @w00dsbot indicator:
#1: There is truly no magic indicator out there.
#2: Many developers like to name there trading indicators something super fancy to catch your eye and “sell you” on it. Woodsbots is legit just called support / resistance indicator.
#3: If you see multiple battle tested confluences lining up around indicator levels its probably a solid indicator. (as you can see on $NEAR we have an S/R level with fib confluence & RSI 50 level retest).
#4: Many indicators were flagging lower on this move down (around the 75k - 74k level) while the Woodsbot Indicator adjusted to current price action, and gave solid support levels.
#5: if your consistently getting front ran or sidelined because you waiting for indicator levels to get hit, its probably a trash indicator.
Overall the major takeaway is use an indicator that not only works for you, but is consistently being worked on by the teams developers. Because if a indicator isnt adapting to trends or price action, its a dying indicator.
