The PM's deluded claims that we have "come through" the Middle East conflict and that we are in "good shape" with "growth in wages".
New Zealand’s economy grew 2.6% in the year to June. That’s more than Canada, Australia, the UK, the US, the EU, and Japan.
We knew the conflict in the Middle East would have an impact on inflation and growth. We have come through in good shape thanks to National’s responsible economic management that is delivering growth, creating jobs and lifting wages.

An Israeli drone just targeted a vehicle near the Al-Sina’a intersection, south of Gaza City. At least one Palestinian is dead. Others are wounded. Medical sources confirmed it. This is not an isolated incident — it is the latest in a long pattern of strikes that continue after the guns were supposed to fall silent.
This is not a ceasefire. It is managed violence — drones over civilian streets, cars targeted, lives treated as expendable.
Palestinians keep dying while the world talks about phases and yellow lines.

There were no protesters at Labour’s election launch. That says a lot about the positive direction they’re taking because New Zealanders are fed up with the two stooges and an incompetent PM not working for them. Compare that with the coalition government parties, whose public meetings and signage have repeatedly drawn protests.
