🚨 *This is important* ā€¼ļø 🚨 I had a lot of crap going on in January 2026. I had no idea we lost a huge part of our 4th Amendment rights, because I was personally busy dealing with abuses of my 6th and 14th Amendment rights myself. Another gift from the jackass that keeps on giving. Trump didn’t think cops had enough access to our privacy with the Flock cameras, so all the liberals on the Supreme Court, (I don’t understand this from Thomas or Gorsuch really) voted to let the gestapo have more rights to enter our homes during a wellness check - police do not need exigent circumstances or a warrant to enter your home if they have an ā€œobjectively reasonable basisā€ (I believe that was the legalese they used) that someone inside needs emergency assistance. Just watch this video, he’s the lawyer, not me. (…Not really, although I am having to FOIA officer records and file Rule 5 motions because my lawyer is an IDIOT and a CUCK who is scared of a female cop, but I digress.) I don’t give advice either, but if they show up here, they can stand there and knock, because I didn’t call em. I don’t call cops. This baby was shot in June. I saw it on Southern Drawl Law YouTube channel- he covers cases in the South. I’ve known about it since June. I’ve been waiting for something to be said about a one year old baby being shot by the cops for 4 months. Senatobia, Mississippi is bad, and they don’t just have a problem with black people, the cops are typical cops, ā€œI have a gun and a badge, I don’t know or care about the laws I’m supposed to enforce but I’m here to make your life a living hellā€ - watch the video and make your own judgement but THIS is the headline that @CNN chose to go with. THIS is the best they could come up with… it literally makes it sounds like the baby was in a shootout with the cops. Check out this article: cnn.com/2026/10/19/us/missis…

My wake up moment was the bunker bombs last year. The timing was so wrong, it made no sense to prioritize Iran over us. They haven’t attacked a country in over 290 years.

ROB O’NEILL: THE OFFICIAL CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION STORY DOESN’T ADD UP Former Navy SEAL Rob O’Neill is questioning the official account of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, arguing that too many details remain unexplained. O’Neill points to the rooftop sequence: Tyler Robinson supposedly climbed onto the roof with a rifle, disassembled and reassembled it, then repeated the process before making a precision shot. He also raises forensic questions. A .30-06 round would normally leave a clear exit wound. O’Neill asks why the scene was cleaned up so quickly and why basic questions about the weapon, wound, and ballistic evidence are dismissed instead of answered. @mchooyah questions why people raising technical concerns are smeared as ā€œantisemiticā€ rather than met with evidence.

If you want to set records and you can't be the best, I guess you can be the worst. Just remember when things are destroyed, the option does exist to build something better in it's place. But that does require intelligent leadership, something we have not had in my lifetime. God help us Long Live The Republic

I’m not having a good day. The tears just keep coming, and sometimes I wonder if they’ll ever stop. And I’m sorry if this is considered ā€œtrauma dumping,ā€ whenever sharing your pain became something we had to apologize for. But how am I supposed to live the rest of my life without my sister? How do you even begin to imagine a future without someone who has been part of your entire existence? That’s a rhetorical question. I know no one has the answer. I just miss my sister.🄺

I got around to watching this… Not an ounce of what @Jon_Gross was saying is a lie. This is great insight into the inner workings at the DOJ. I’m so happy @TuckerCarlson had you on Jon! You are an amazing and caring human being. Thank you for all you do. The DOJ would be better off with an army of you in it.
Civil rights lawyer Jonathan Gross took a job at Trump’s DOJ hoping to stop the weaponization of government. Sergeant tries to steamroll this Uber driver that also happens to be a lawyer. Gets caught in lies. When an on-duty police sergeant looks you in the face and fabricates a fake statute just to force your camera off, that isn’t law enforcement, it is pure abuse of power and intimidation. We are in Wilmington, North Carolina, Jesse Bright was working a side hustle driving for Uber to pay down his student loans. He picked up a passenger for what seemed like a routine ride to pick up a paycheck. Unbeknownst to Bright, the destination was an address under surveillance by local law enforcement. Moments after driving away, his car was surrounded by five officers from the Wilmington Police Department and New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office. Recognizing the dangerous escalation of being swarmed, Bright did exactly what any citizen should do to protect themselves: he took out his phone and hit record. Instead of conducting a professional investigation, Wilmington Police Sergeant Kenneth Becker immediately resorted to blatant bully tactics. Becker marched up to the window and demanded Bright stop filming. When Bright stood firm on his First Amendment rights, Becker went full corrupt, inventing a fictional legal standard on the spot, telling him a "new law" had just passed outlawing filming the police, and explicitly barking: "Turn it off or I'll take you to jail." When intimidation failed, the retribution kicked in. Bright calmly told the officers he wasn't just an Uber driver, he was an active criminal defense attorney who practiced right down the street at the local courthouse, knew the statutes inside and out, and offered to show his bar card. Sgt. Becker mocked him ("And an Uber driver?") and immediately retaliated by calling in a K-9 drug-sniffing unit to tear into Bright's vehicle after Bright explicitly refused consent to a warrantless search. They detained an innocent man just trying to earn an honest living, threatened him with unlawful arrest, lied directly about the law, and subjected him to a retaliatory vehicle search purely because his camera was rolling and bruised their egos. BTW the K-9 search came back completely clean and found nothing, they were forced to release him without another word. After the event occurred, Bright uploaded the raw footage online and exposed the corruption to the public. Wilmington Police Chief Ralph Evangelous had to issue a public condemnation, explicitly stating that recording police in public is a protected constitutional right and welcoming citizens to film. Internal Affairs launched a full investigation, resulting in Sgt. Kenneth Becker being stripped of his rank, demoted back down to a patrol officer, and slapped with a permanent pay cut. The department was forced to issue mandatory policy retraining to every single officer on the force regarding citizens' First Amendment right to film. Know your rights, never consent to unlawful searches, and always keep the camera rolling when authority figures decide the law doesn't apply to them.
Some classic Stallone movie trivia. In the 1993 sci-fi action film Demolition Man, what mundane bathroom staple famously confused Sylvester Stallone's frozen-in-time cop John Spartan in the utopian future of 2032?

Hardcore Republican farmer who voted for Trump twice just went on TV and said it plain: ā€œI’ve hurt more under him than I have any other president.ā€ Trump promised to help the farmers. Instead fuel and beef prices are crushing them and he’s ā€œcutting our throat.ā€ These are the exact voters who put him in office. Now even they’re saying they regret it.

What the most powerful people in the world fear most is the truth. Because a population that knows its history is much harder to control and propagandize. We lay out the entire true history of America’s relationship with Iran in our new documentary, ā€œOperation AJAXā€ on TuckerCarlson.com.

The things people do because they just wanted someone/ anyone to listen, or even PRETEND they cared. You’re ā€œcrazyā€, you’re ā€œbeyond helpā€, you aren’t worthy of stability, much less love. When they realize no one at ALL ever even did. Even doctors your family practitioner is trying to referring you to won’t take you, because you’re ā€œtoo far gone.ā€ Such a shame and a waste of oxygen, cells, organs and a ā€œlifeā€. Especially when the people who were supposed to care (his family) quite apparently didn’t. If his FAMILY didn’t, only God knows why anyone else would. (Pro-tip: They don’t.) I’m not suicidal, but I’d straight up rather go outside and bare knuckle fist fight this man 160 lb fa88ot than someone tear me down from the inside out with his words. Because I could EASILY win in a MMA cage. I call the cops, I go to jail, because it’s his house and it’s South Carolina. I have my house, barely held together because Orangeburg County Public Defender’s office has forced me into an 11 month abusive relationship, because I can’t drive. So my house is falling apart. ELEVEN MONTHS. Corruption in the judiciary, corruption in the jails, corruption in the HBCUs, you could lightly toss a rock in Orangeburg County and hit 3 corrupt government employees. And cops don’t ā€œUberā€ me back to mine, with everything I don’t want burned. Yes my late husband was cremated, but this SOB is not ALLOWED TO TOUCH Jack’s urn. I’ll never get a fair trial in Orangeburg County (where I DO NOT LIVE, but unfortunately where I wrecked) and anyone who knows anything about it knows I’m right. I can’t afford a real attorney and the one I have, Skyler Hutto, follows 66 people (Kamala Harris, Pete Buttgig) on Twitter with 25 followers - he hated me before he met me, because I don’t hide my identity on here. His Daddy, Brad Hutto,is a Democrat Senator in the state house (gotta love nepotism- welcome to South Carolina). His son has sent me falsified documents, zero notices to appear in court, will not answer emails or voice mails after 11 months, I have not even SEEN a judge, on top of the PTSD, ruminating trauma since 2/18/23, the day my husband died, panic disorder, general anxiety disorder since I was 19, the walls have closed in on me. youtu.be/MS91knuzoOA?is=1I3I…

I WRECKED MY CAR AND HURT NO ONE BUT MYSELF AND THE STATE HAS ZERO EVIDENCE. No breath, blood (what they wanted), hair, urine, NOTHING. $10,000. Retainer. Thanks for wasting 2 weeks. Just tell me 10K up front. People who tell you things like ā€œI love you, I’m proud of youā€then gas light me, scream at me about how I’m a mental patient and a drug addict. But he’s different because he can pickle his liver with his ā€œdrug of choiceā€ not because he needs multiple spinal fusion surgeries- no doctor has ever prescribed me 12 IPAs a night for pain.

Honestly makes me believe there’s an easier way out, because I cannot endure this pain anymore from someone I don’t even love and never did. There’s so many more reasons, but being accused of something you aren’t and kicked out of somewhere you don’t want to be, it’s a lose-lose-lose situation. But I sure am glad we send munitions to other countries, for 1/10th of one, I could have afforded a lawyer. P.S. - the prosecutor on my case? It’s the cop. I’ve got 120 pages of internal affairs investigations and external complaints against this woman, and no one will tell me if it’s Brady Evidence or not. 11 months, boss I’m tired. This ain’t life, people on house arrest have more rights than I do. šŸŽ¶ Freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose. šŸŽ¶- Janis šŸ’”

This fucking moron hasn't learned any lessons of the last 30 years. I'm sorry to hear about his suicide shortly before he planned to release this phone call. Pro tip: don't tease shit, don't run your mouth. If you got shit, put it on the fucking table, and shut the fuck up, or the machine will kirk you.
In a bizarre turn of events, Trump mega donor Eric Deters has released a video in which he says he has an explosive recorded telephone conversation that will 'bring the entire Trump administration, including Trump, Marco Rubio, Susie Wiles and JD Vance down.' "This might just bring down the entire Trump administration," says Deters. "It also may end the J.D. Vance–Marco Rubio ticket after you hear the phone call that I’m gonna play tomorrow. By the end of tomorrow, I am going to play for you a phone recording that is the most explosive, most devastating information about Kimberly Guilfoyle to date."
