In my opinion, this is just wrong. @cover_corp and @tanigox are using this to pull a fast one. They are using the Japanese Idol CULTure playbook to distract from the real problems they are facing. - Due to overworking talents for concerts. Streaming revenue is down. -Talents are getting fewer sponsorship offers beyond Japan tourism. -While I can't prove this, I believe non-Japanese talents are pressured to move to Japan to be placed under Cover Corp's Idol CULTure guidelines. - Yagoo lied when they said he was going to open a branch of Cover Corp in the West to support talent that DOESN'T live in Japan. I fully expect to see graduations from this because this isn't about making ID or EN more available to Japanese people. Nor is it about making JP talent more accessible to people in the West. It is about control and making excuses for the failures. Cover Corp is a black company. Yagoo is not who appears to be the "caring about talent CEO". They have been making moves to increase profits, lower streaming revenue due to talent getting a larger percentage of the money, and working talent into the ground until there is nothing left. Support the talent; don't support Cover Corp or Yagoo. Oh, you know who the most popular Hololive Vtuber was for a long time in Japan? A non-Japanese talent...a little shark girl that Yagoo helped run out of the company.
