This morning I woke up discouraged with what is going on in our country. But one of my bible study brothers encouraged me with this scripture. “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Gal 6:9

THIS. THIS. THIS. This is the Minneapolis I want people to see. ...Neighbors cleaning up the Walgreens on 32nd & E Lake that was burned by agitators over night. Emotions are high here. Some crying as they clean up. These are the helpers. These are Minnesotans. #wcco

An ARMY of volunteers in Minneapolis helping neighbors clean up business damage. “Bring a broom” they were told. What a sight.

As I have watched the events in Minneapolis unfold the last few days I have wondered & prayed about how I should respond. Below are my thoughts. I hope you read the whole thing because the final thought is most important. Romans 12:21 🙏🏽

Cannot stress enough the importance of assessing this question... where in your identity lies will change the way you live (Ephesians 1)

The things we seek validation from ($, job, likes, recognition, athletic ability), we also give the power to invalidate us. In what is your identity and hope?
