It’s interesting that they show the next episode preview IN the ending.
Doesn’t really change that the ending shot of it is kinda eh, but it does make me like the ending as a whole more.
It took me until just now to realize Goku fights in the exact same way in both versions.
You literally see him do the same stomp and ground punch to the ground in the 2015 version, which he does vs Cell in the 2026 version.
This also applies to why I believe they took so long to make the DAIMA characters.
They needed to schedule everything around those new-quality animations, so they pushed the LRs to anniversary so that they only needed to make TWO of those high quality animation characters.
Geppy, I hope you know NOBODY is happy getting a 6 LR celebration if you aren't going to provide any proper means of supporting those characters properly, and no currency to be able to PROPERLY ENGAGE with the banners themselves.
Might be one of the worst producer's letters ever released.
They announced ONE challenge event, more alternate arts (which look cool but bro), only 2 EZAs, another means to farm money, world tournament being revamped, and that's about it.
Them doing a WHOLE STREAM in the middle of Part 3 of GDC makes me think they have enough MAJOR stuff to warrant something like this.
