Gavin Newsom says “democracy is at risk” because Texas might redraw its districts. But in California, Harris got 58.5% of the vote in 2024 and Democrats hold 82.7% of House seats. Republicans got 38.3% of the vote and just 17.3% of the seats. Replace the word “democracy” with “Democrats’ political power” and suddenly his outrage makes perfect sense. He’s not worried about protecting democracy. He’s worried about winning and keeping Democrats’ political power.

I've been studying how Russian, Chinese and Iranian governments buy American land and residential housing for half a decade. I'm going to break down why the USDA is grossly unprepared for this renewed effort with their announcement today on "National Farm Security Action Plan" and why this won't work. I'm going to share cases of property next to nuclear research facilities, sophisticated networks and strategies used, and how we can actually address this problem. Let's begin.

Imagine throwing a “No Kings” protest after your party refused to hold a primary, coronated Kamala without a single vote, sued to keep RFK Jr. off the ballot, and attempted to remove Trump from state ballots only after your illegal lawfare scheme failed. If there was a modern day monarchy in America there would be one party you could point to. The Democrats.

14,000 keystone pipeline workers were fired day 1 of The Biden Admin and they were told to find green jobs. Did you put any of them on TV @60Minutes?
DOGE arrived at USAID on January 27. That same day, the agency’s top 58 managers were given 45 minutes to leave. cbsn.ws/414tBg6

The Left finds @elonmusk speaking out against a bloated spending bill to be a big problem… …yet, when George Soros pours millions of dollars into electing leftist district attorneys who pledge to go easy on criminals, that is somehow democracy in action… Make it make sense!

There is so much evil to uncover from Biden regime. It should be its own office. The Evil Czar, a special envoy to uncover censorship, bribes, money laundering, and NGO fuckery. Give @MikeBenzCyber an office, staff, and subpoena power. Let him start pulling on threads.

That the pardon goes back to 2014 is revealing and damning. Joe Biden could have commuted the sentence of Hunter Biden. A commutation is less than a full pardon, it maintains the conviction but spares Hunter prison. That would have been the way to maintain respect for norms while playing the sentimentality card, and I'm sure the Bidens were advised to do this. The full pardon goes back to 2014. The statute of limitations for tax fraud is 6 years, and for most other federal offenses like money laundering, it's 5 years. More serious crimes like murder and underage sex trafficking have no statute of limitations. Hence the pardon should have ended with conduct committed in 2018, the longer of the two SOL's (six years for tax fraud). Having the pardon cover all behavior, charged and uncharged, from 2014 is the most significant fact of all. This is proof that Hunter Biden committed far more serious crimes than what he was charged for, or else there'd have been no reason to had the blanket pardon look back 11 years. There's another quirk to consider. The 5 year statute of limitations doesn't begin running until the last overt act. For example, if Hunter and Joe Biden conspired with Ukrainian oligarchs to launder money, and this conspiracy occurred from 2014 to 2021, then prosecutors could argue that the Joe, James (Joe's brother) and Hunter Biden could be prosecuted for conduct occurring as far back as 2014. Hence this pardon was not about Hunter Biden or Joe's love for his son. This was a way to close any loose ends, and allow the Biden Crime Family to retire in luxury.

The problem with going “all-in” at the poker tables is when you lose, you’re in trouble. For ten years the weaponized bureaucracy of this country went all-in as if stopping Trump was the most important thing in the world. They didn’t have the cards this time. Reckoning time.

Every swamp rat crying about Gaetz didn’t lift a finger while DOJ was running illegal coup after illegal coup against our elected government from 2016-2020. They didn’t say a word when DOJ illegally seized the phones of Rep. Scott Perry or Rep. Andy Ogles. They were quiet as a church mouse when DOJ illegally spied on Trump. They were nowhere to be found when DOJ hatched and ran the entire fake kidnapping plot against Gretchen Whitmer. They did nothing when DOJ allowed violent threats against Supreme Court justices to continue. And don’t even get me started on their paralysis regarding the insane DOJ J6 op. So to everyone in Washington crying about Matt Gaetz: you are the reason he is necessary. Understand that it is happening because of your own fecklessness, or complicity. You did nothing while the infection festered and the cancer spread at DOJ. You looked the other way as it nearly destroyed the country. And now you wonder why emergency medicine is necessary? So as you cry at Capitol Grille over expensive wine bought for you by your corrupt K Street donors, just know that all of this is your fault, and that it’s not going to stop until the problems you deliberately ignored are finally solved.

Republicans everywhere should pay attention to what Casey is trying to pull off. While he has no chance, this is a warning about the D game plan for how to count votes in close races. They want people who aren’t registered, don’t have IDs, or live out of state to be counted.
#Pennsylvania #Casey’s lawyers are actually in court arguing for the following “votes” to be counted: (1) ballots of NON-registered “voters;” (2) un-signed mail in ballots; (3) mail-in ballots w/o dates; (4) ballots cast in a county where the Voter does NOT live. #CmonMan🤦‍♂️
