Lmao she thinks Israel is important to black people. They keep trying to play this fucking game of hiding behind black people to prop up the important status of their little Nazi colony
This is rough. And definitely not the position of the vast majority of Senate Democrats (actually are there any?), especially in a purple state. I guess the calculus this late in the game, when the race is razor tight, is that he has a winning coalition put together without a majority of Jewish voters - and with a disproportionately low number of Black voters. We’ll see soon enough if this was a wise move.
The amount of people paying over $1000 a month on car loans is out of control. Cars are now average about $30,000.
BREAKING: America’s $1.7 trillion auto loan market is headed for a crash, per Reuters.
Auto loans are now one of the biggest sources of household debt, bigger than credit cards.
And the strain is showing: 1 in 5 Americans is behind on at least one loan, the highest since 2010, and the average car on the road is now nearly 13 years old, a record.

The modern Republican Party in a nutshell:
Josh Shapiro turned his back on Pennsylvania’s small businesses and Veterans organizations to sell out to his donors in the casino industry.
Josh Shapiro may not think they’re worth fighting for, but I do.

Netanyahu to Americans:
If you're worried about today's gas prices, think of what will happen if Iran gets nuclear weapons, something that Trump and I will never allow.
And when that happens, when that threat of that regime disappears, gas prices will go down.
But only under Trump. It's not going to happen with those who want to accommodate and appease these tyrants.
Really we should have a three day work week that's in person because human contact is invaluable at work but too many of us spend hours of the week pretending to look busy.

We need to just admit that most jobs dont need 40 hours a week. Implement the 18 hour work week.

ICE run over U.S. citizen riding his bike—break his arm.
Agents handcuff him behind his back without calling paramedics.
They inflict even more injuries—send him to the hospital in serious condition.
Then agents detain another U.S. citizen—for yelling at them on the sidewalk.
Man with the broken arm's daughter says he was hit on his e-bike by an unmarked car.
He was then tased twice and pinned to the ground—currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
Multiple ICE vehicles were running through stop signs—speeding the wrong way down one-way streets.
All on a weekend afternoon with kids playing outside.
Incident occurred near the intersection of East 56th Street & Elm Avenue in Long Beach, California.
Stop ICE Net doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length, English translated, and credited video here to help raise awareness.

Just to recap, you, CBS’s Supreme Court correspondent, heard a Muslim candidate explain our constitutional freedom of religion entitles him to practice his faith without being presumed to have a dual allegiance the Muslim Brotherhood, and concluded this “diatribe” “proved” he had an allegiance to the Muslim Brotherhood.

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

This is the test case for what they’re going to try on AOC later. If I were AOC I’d look at an expulsion of Nithya as a sign to run for Senate instead. If you seriously want to run a class struggle presidential election in 28, then this is a spineless and braindead move.
