I see some people arguing this proposal would violate A1 S10 of the Constitution bc ex post facto. While this might raise sig concerns re: judicial independence/due process, it is not a typical ex post facto violation (civil/admin not criminal) the-downballot.com/p/how-vir…

If you don't know who @Petermarocco is - he is the DOGE administrator who actually ended USAID. We worked together. He's a grizzled veteran, tougher than nails, knows all the USAID bodies. He's not easy to shake. But I showed Pete the next clip I'm dropping tonight, and his reaction was "holy crap" followed by "Seriously, that tape is straight up coup" followed by a discussion of how to get the materials over to the DoJ. I'm working on getting this out in some publicly consumable format - I can't just mirror 250 GB of scraped data on my website (there are legality reasons). I'm also looking into sharing the data with media contacts.

The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

Wow… a sitting United States Senator walked into the University of Chicago and told a room full of students exactly what her side plans to do if they get the power back. Elissa Slotkin says she wants to look at "signature cases" and not just focus on the president "but on the people who enabled him," and then she said the rest out loud like she was reading a grocery list… she wants young people coming out of school to look at a job in the Trump administration and think "Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want, and so let me avoid participating in that." Her words, "I want that deterrence message." So let me make sure you heard it right. She is not talking about catching criminals, she is talking about making examples out of people so the next generation of conservatives is too scared to serve their own country. The target is not the man at the top, it is the young person fresh out of college who thought working for their country sounded like an opportunity. Now keep in mind this is the same senator who refused to sit down with the DOJ back in February over her video telling troops they could refuse illegal orders, and who said on camera the Trump administration was using intimidation "to deter others from speaking out" and that "the intimidation is the point." Those were her words eight months ago. Today she wants a deterrence message aimed at kids coming out of school. So which is it, Senator? When they look at you it is intimidation, and when you do it to a young staffer it is policy? I have lived on the receiving end of lawfare for years, and I can tell you the punishment is the process. They do not need to win the case, they need you to drain your savings, lose sleep, watch your family worry, and make sure everybody watching decides standing up is not worth it. That is the whole point and she just admitted it on a stage at the Institute of Politics like she was presenting a policy paper. But hey… they are the party of norms, right? Think I am wrong? Watch the clip again and tell me what "deterrence" means to you. This is what they will do with the gavel and the subpoena power if you hand it to them on November 3. Every young person who loves this country should hear this and do the exact opposite of what she wants… show up, serve, and refuse to be scared off. @ElissaSlotkin, message received. We are not going anywhere. But God.
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics. @ElissaSlotkin

Just so we are all on the same page: Illegals are voting. Illegals are getting free food. Illegals are getting free childcare. Illegals are getting free education. Illegals are getting free tax credits. Illegals are getting free healthcare. Illegals are getting free housing assistance. Illegals are getting free legal representation. Illegals are getting free mental health services. Illegals are getting free college tuition in over a dozen states. It is the most insane scam ever perpetrated on the American people.

AJ Kern has done extensive research on Ilhan Omar’s citizenship verification. When an adult parent gains citizenship through the naturalization process, their minor children ‘derive’ citizenship through that parent. Since minors cannot naturalize independently and adults cannot derive citizenship from their parents, Ilhan Omar has repeatedly claimed that she ‘derived’ citizenship through her father as a minor at the age of 17. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) does not allow records requests to be processed for a living foreign-born person without their permission. However, the USCIS will process a record request for a deceased foreign-born person. Since Ilhan Omar’s father passed away in 2020, AJ Kerm submitted the request to the USCIS in June 2022, for her father’s records and she received a response on June 20, 2023. It turns out that the USCIS has no record of her father being a naturalized US citizen. Therefore, this is probably why the Biden Administration’s Justice Department launched an investigation into Ilhan Omar in June 2024, and why a Democrat judge signed off on a search for Ilhan Omar’s home. Of course, CNN, MSNBC, and Democratic politicians will never mention any of this because it does not fit their narrative. ajkern.com/us-citizenship-an…

VIRGINIA GOVERNOR ABIGAIL SPANBERGER JUST ADMITTED IT "APPEARS" SHE RESTORED VOTING RIGHTS TO DEAD PEOPLE. She restored rights to 66,085 felons, and now her own office says that list may include people who have already died. Families are getting letters addressed to loved ones who are gone. One of them died in 2016. Early voting is happening in Virginia RIGHT NOW. If you can't check a list for dead people, you shouldn't be handing out voting rights by the tens of thousands. VIRGINIA DESERVES ANSWERS.
She is an embarrassment to the state of Virginia. 🚨 BREAKING: Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger admitted Friday that she may have reinstated voting rights for an unknown number of dead people, according to the Washington Examiner. Spanberger recently restored voting rights for more than 65,000 felons. In reviewing the list, her office says it “appears” several of those individuals were already deceased.

Many are assuming that live streaming an execution in itself means the death sentence is not being carried out in a sober-minded way. I disagree. I do not believe that it is appropriate to live stream the carrying out of every capital sentence. But I do believe it is warranted in this case. Because this was a monstrous act of treason against the United States. It was carried out by a US military member who had sworn an oath to the Constitution, committed on a US military base, and perpetrated against US military service members. In other words, this was was a crime not just against those murdered and their families but also against the American people. Therefore, given that this is the carrying out of a judgment against an act of treason, it makes sense to give all of the United States and opportunity to witness it if they so choose for the same reason that George Washington chose to make public the execution of a traitor in his era. Said Washington: “I am hopeful this example will produce many salutary consequences and deter others from entering into the like traitorous practices.” The same principal holds today. This was an act of treason against the United States. Thus, means are being provided for the people of the United States to witness the carrying out of justice.

What happens when a university that claims to stand for Christianity makes it nearly impossible to host an event defending the truth of the Christian faith? This week, I'm bringing the receipts & exposing how Baylor is waging a war on Christianity.

Then TGC’s media director should have made an argument based on prudence against public execution. I’m certainly open to that. But he didn’t. He made an appeal to moral conscience. And that’s a different question. There, the standard for the Christian is set by scripture. And scripture not only doesn’t bar the death penalty or public executions, it offers a model for them in the only nation in which God himself designed the system of law and justice.
This exposes how Christians struggle with understanding the difference between Israel/the church and secular government. Just because the Bible calls for X doesn’t mean a secular government should perform X. “Can” vs. “should” are often miles apart.

What’s terrifying about this clip isn’t their ideals…these sweet gals’ hearts are certainly in the right place. What’s terrifying is they have the civic, political, and economic literacy of a 9 year old. When a charlatan like Abdul comes along with the Jr High class president schtick of “no more homework and the vending machines are all free!”, they fall for it. I don’t know how you get to that age with ZERO understanding of supply chains, manufacturing, labor costs…but a lot of folks think that medicine and MRIs and hospitals just materialize out of thin air like unicorn farts. They’ve never built anything in their lives, so they have no concept of how things function…things are just…there. They think milk comes from the store. They think rich people don’t pay taxes, even though the top 1% fund 40% of government with their taxes already, and yet 40% of all Americans contribute ZERO federal income tax at all. These people don’t understand that you could tax the wealthy at 100% and it would only fund the government for 120 days. Then you’re screwed. Too many Americans simply have zero understanding of how anything works, and even though they’re living in the easiest times in human history, they think things are “terrible out there”. These commie scammers roll through and promise them things that sound great, but aren’t possible in reality, and have devastating consequences if tried…but because they don’t know anything, they fall for it. Sadly, so many of our politicians and their advisors are such atrocious communicators, there’s like zero countervailing narrative to push back on the commie gobbledygook, so we are gonna have to learn the hard way. Guys…we just had a sample of socialism: Covid. We all got universal basic income, and it ended up tripling our costs and they’ll never go down. Ever. That one brief little experiment in command and control government will haunt us the rest of our lives. Bleak stuff, man.

God prescribes public executions in the Bible. They are not meant to entertain or titillate. They are meant to serve as a warning and an education for those who might be inclined to participate in the same evil acts.
I support the death penalty. God himself told Noah that those who willfully take the life of another should be executed. The United States Army prohibits public executions, but the Pentagon does not seem to care about following its own rules. The pagan Roman Empire relished the public spectacle of executions. Growing up overseas in an Islamic country, some executions were public. Christendom, over time, recognized that justice is not to entertain or titillate. Justice is not meant to be a spectacle. In Ezekiel 33:11, scripture reads, “As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live.” Proverbs 24:17 echoes that for us. “Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when they stumble, do not let your heart rejoice.” In Chapter 19 of De Spectaculis, Tertullian, one of the early post-apostolic church fathers, wrote about the public spectacle of executions in Rome. “It is good, no doubt, to have the guilty punished. Who but the criminal himself will deny that? And yet the innocent can find no pleasure in another's sufferings: he rather mourns that a brother has sinned so heinously as to need a punishment so dreadful,” he wrote. In Confessions, Augustine wrote of his friend Alypius, who, dragged into the Coliseum to see gladiatorial fights, shut his eyes, though not his ears. Upon the cheers of slaughter, he opened his eyes to the blood, and the bloodlust corrupted him. Augustine’s writing has long taught Christians not to be entertained by the spectacle of violence, as watching it can damage you. I support the death penalty. Public executions are soul-twisting and we should not go down that road.

Less than 1% of Americans own three or more residential properties. Bernie owns three. All individually valued at more than $1 million. 0.003% of the U.S. population flies private. Bernie does it all the time. That level of inequality is insane.
The level of income and wealth inequality in the U.S. is beyond insane. The top 0.00001% (just 20 households) now owns over $4 trillion — more than 12 times the wealth of the bottom 50% COMBINED. We must defeat oligarchy. Billionaire wealth tax NOW.

A NON-CITIZEN IN MISSOURI ALLEGEDLY VOTED IN AT LEAST 15 AMERICAN ELECTIONS. Federal prosecutors say Andres Garcia, a Cuban national, falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen when he registered to vote in 2004 and again in 2013. He's now charged over the 2022 and 2024 federal elections, but the feds say he voted in at least 13 federal races over two decades. Democrats told us noncitizen voting was a myth. Pass the SAVE America Act and require proof of citizenship to vote.
The thing Democrats say never happens happened AGAIN! Andres Garcia, an illegal alien from Cuba, was arrested in Missouri for allegedly voting in TWO US elections. Remember when the fake news media said this was a myth?

Again: this is objectively a bigger scandal than Watergate. The main difference is that the Democrat establishment & media happily look the other way when the DOJ is used to spy upon Donald Trump’s campaign chief, with no regard for the dangerous precedent set.
Former special counsel Jack Smith monitored the phone communications of Susie Wiles when she was Donald Trump’s campaign chief in 2024, newly released documents show. This included her communications with at least five journalists, 21 different defense attorneys, and several political advisers, writes @FredLucasWH. dailysignal.com/2026/10/05/f…

🚨 BREAKING: Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito just sounded the alarm that leftists want to RIP APART the Court Letting Dems win in November jeopardizes SCOTUS. VOTE RED. "There has been a concerted effort to intimidate the court and justices on the court, to try to influence us to decide cases differently from the way in which we have been deciding them." "I am concerned about the future of the court." "On the whole, it has been fundamental in protecting our constitutional structure and the rights that all Americans enjoy." Alito is going public at the right time…he knows the stakes Americans need to know that leftists will immediately be able to block any conservative replacement justices AND will use their power to try and pack the court. Rush the polls, Alito just issued the warning!
