I wanted to emphasize the animation work that went into this model a bit. We do each pose with a traditional animation pipeline. Many of the key poses were done by @AngryangryD and/or @guzusuru then cleaned and colored by @theaaronschmit or @RedMinus

I've seen vtubers have things chat can throw at them during streams. I love this idea, but it's really hard with a 2d animated, model so we had to figure something out...
I've been delighted to be part of this project since the start of the year, hard to believe it's nearly ready. I've contributed many animated bits and pieces and the entire team has been doing really excellent work stretching back since long before I joined.
