As a former lib, I want to explain why I flipped to conservative. My journey is similar to @DaRealAmberRoseās story. I know there are many of us.
I was in a beauty pageant in high school. The top 5 finalists were all asked a different question.
Mine was, āIn your future career, what would you like to do?ā
I wanted to be a journalist so I told the judges, āGo to Washington DC and interview politicians because people think theyāre corrupt. And I just donāt believe that.ā
Oh, that naivete lived on with me for decades.
I lived my life and didnāt pay much attention to politics. I just voted Democrat because they seemed to care about the little guy.
Fast forward to the 2016 electionā¦
I didnāt care for Trump. He was crass and seemed arrogant.
All I had to do was look at any media for confirmation I was right.
I even stopped using our pro-Trump dog groomer.
Yes, I voted for Hillary. She had govāt experience so it was a no-brainer to me. (Emphasis on NO-BRAINER!)
My fiance (now husband) was conservative but never pushed his views on me. Heād talk politics & Iād just roll my eyes.
One day he mentioned Trump had appointed a gay man to a position in his administration. (Sorry, I donāt remember the deets now.)
Anyway, I balked. āNo, he didnāt! None of the news is reporting it.ā
He showed me it was so on several alternative new sources.
That piqued my interest. I hadnāt paid much attention to how slanted the news had become.
So I started listening to other accomplishments he told me about Trump. None of it was reported in the mainstream media. Ever.
Over the rest of Trumpās term, I slowly became a supporter. I was quiet about it, but I did a lot of digging.
Whenever Iād try to have a conversation with my liberal friends, I got shut down.
Iād ask, āWhatās so bad about Trump?ā
One said, āIām not taking the bait.ā
What? I just wanted to understand the rabid hatred of a man who seemed to run our government efficiently.
The economy was booming.
We had global respect and no wars.
We got tax breaks.
All of his policy was governed by the Constitution - which sets America apart from the rest of the world.
Then I noticed the media dial up the division.
Defund the police.
Open the border.
Empty the prisons.
Identity politics run rampant.
Why did they promote such chaos?
Until I remembered one of the principle tenets of Marxism, āIn order to gain control, you must first create chaos.ā
Itās really rather brilliant. First, the Left creates intolerable chaos, then swoops in as heroes to fix it all. Mostly by stripping the peons of their rights.
And the lies and disinformation were astounding!
Trump was a Russian plant.
Trump paid prostitutes to pee on him (WTF),
Trump held aid for Ukraine hostage.
Hunter Bidenās laptop was Russian disinformation.
Lies, lies, and more lies.
If he were so evil, why did they have to make shit up!? āJournalistsā were nothing more than shills for the Democrats!
Then, when the election was stolen in plain sight, I got mad.
When Trump questioned the results (as many past candidates have) he was set up with the January 6th debacle. Falsely framed as a ādictatorā who refused to leave office.
And the character smearing has only heightened since Biden was installed. (81 million votes, my ass.)
Attacks on MAGAs became more blatant.
Weāre painted as uneducated rubes who need to be rounded up into re-education camps. Half of the country!
Our borders are purposefully overrun.
Americans watch as our debt grows higher than itās ever been (another trillion every 100 days!)
Weāre giving billions to Ukraine and leaving behind $80,000,000,000 worth of military equipment or the radical terrorists in Afghanistan.
Our tax dollars pay for illegals to have free transportation, housing, cell phones, and medical careā¦while our vets get practically nothing.
Clear evidence the Biden family is compromised and selling access to America for 10% for the big guy is ignored.
The government is a corrupt money-making machine for career politicians. How do you explain how the majority of them becoming millionaires while in office?
And all the while, the mediaās twisted narrative paints Trump as a Hitler-type. They mangle his platform by trying to attach Project 2025 to him, which isnāt his policy.
But no matter how much you try to rebut the media, they double down and invent new lies.
Or just continue to repeat the old ones like a chapter right out of Orwellās 1984.
Now theyāre adding fake AI into the mix.
When they tried to assassinate him on July 13th, I was furious. It was the logical next step after failing at impeachment, bankruptcy and imprisonment.
That was the day I started actively following more patriots.
My account started as a business account.
Now I just want to connect with as many true Americans as possible.
Someday soon it will be important to be able to find each other.
Itās scary. Itās real. And I donāt know if weāll be able to save our country. I see how deep the tentacles go in our corrupt government - far deeper than that young high schooler I was would ever have been able to believe.
I was right about one thing. Democrats are for the little people.
As my husband says, āDemocrats are for the little guy. So the way to increase their base is to make sure more of us to stay small. Republicans are for the wealthy. So they want more of us to become wealthy.āš§µ

In my last two threads, I explained how communists have always taken power, what DataRepublican just uncovered, and how to counter it. Today I have one message, and it's for Donald Trump: be very careful.
The most dangerous part of their plan isn't what they will do. It's what they want you to do.
According to the files, the strategy is to generate clash after clash in the streets until the president invokes the Insurrection Act. That is the red line. The moment it's crossed, they declare the federal government illegitimate and shift legitimacy to the governors who refuse federal troops. Read that again. The trigger is your response. The trap is built so that defending order becomes the proof of tyranny.
This is the oldest move in the revolutionary playbook. Provoke the state, film the reaction, and turn the reaction into the justification. Revolutionaries have always needed the government to overreact at the right moment, in front of the right cameras. They have already written the script. The only role left to cast is yours.
So, Mr. President, don't give them the image they need. Don't fight on the battlefield they chose. Fight on yours.
Your battlefield is daylight. Publish every dollar of public money that flowed to these networks, every grant, every sub-grant, every intermediary, and let the American people see it with their own eyes.
Your battlefield is the law. Hold public hearings under oath while you still hold Congress. Enforce the laws already on the books, through the courts, calmly and relentlessly. Prepare the constitutional response to rogue governors now, so nothing has to be improvised in a crisis. Those who improvise under pressure make the mistakes their enemies were waiting for.
Your battlefield is technology. Give citizens open AI tools to trace their tax dollars and map these networks themselves. DataRepublican did it almost alone. Imagine a hundred million Americans doing it. A nomenklatura survives through opacity, and AI is the end of opacity.
And your battlefield is November 3. Every vote is a vote on whether an elected government gets to stay legitimate.
Their plan needs two things: chaos and a strongman to blame for it. Give them neither. Give them transparency and the Constitution, applied without flinching. Nothing destroys a network that lives in the dark like daylight. Nothing destroys a legitimacy campaign like a government that stays scrupulously within the law.
The stakes could not be higher. If the United States falls to collectivism at the very moment superintelligence arrives, there is no fallback, no other country able to rebuild the free world. Western civilization would be lost for good.

She reports that this group sits inside a much larger, extremely discreet umbrella, the United Democracy Alliance, which coordinates the major "resistance" NGOs: when protests get deployed, on what timeline, how to respond. Operationalized, according to her, by an organization of 1,600 former military, intelligence and diplomatic officials.
The most chilling part: they've reportedly drafted a list of "red lines" past which the elected federal government should be declared illegitimate. The one they discuss most is invoking the Insurrection Act. And the mechanism doesn't even require governors to sign anything. They just have to refuse federal troops in their state and let the network do the rest.
Senator Mike Lee said he was speechless. Elon replied with one word: "Troubling."
Understand this: for these people, it isn't politics anymore. It's survival. They lost power at the ballot box, so they're building the machinery to contest the very legitimacy of the people who won. Their influence, their networks, their money, their impunity, everything they've built over decades depends on getting back in. So they're going all in.
And this fight is happening at the most decisive moment in human history: the arrival of superintelligence.
Whoever controls the state when AI surpasses humans won't just win an election. They'll win the century.
I only see two scenarios.
Scenario one: the Democrats take back power. Remember what Elon said in 2024: "If he loses, I'm f*cked. How long do you think my prison sentence is going to be?" Everyone laughed. Read those documents again and tell me he was joking. The rest of humanity locked into a form of techno-feudal slavery, on a drip, surveilled, docile. Communism always promised equality and delivered a nomenklatura. With AI, the nomenklatura won't even need the people anymore.
Scenario two: Elon wins with the Republicans. And this deathly project gets dismantled. Not reformed, not slowed down. Dismantled. Every network, every unelected structure, brought into the light. And we finally do what history never had the courage to do: the Nuremberg of communism. The great moral and historical trial of an ideology that killed tens of millions of people and is still trying to sneak back in through the back door.
There is no third way. No lukewarm scenario. The coming decade will decide.

Knock off the negative self talk!
Changing the words you say to yourself literally rebuild your brain in ways that help you or hurt you.
Here's the science of one of the words you say to yourself matter:
When you use criticizing language in your internal voice, your brain picks up on that and turns on the parts that are related to defending you from physical danger. Your brain hears your mind saying something harmful, and assumes that you're under attack.
This affects your physiology, keeps you in a fight or flight response, and elevates your blood pressure and cortisol levels.
In other words, when you attack yourself internally, your body gets the message and you literally feel like you're at war.
On the other hand, research shows that when you use compassionate language to yourself, you don't magically make all your problems go away. What happens is that your brain area is related to problem-solving, calmness, and feeling hopeful, come alive.
This set the filters in your reticular activating system to begin to look for possibility and not danger.
The first commandment of self brain surgery is that I must relentlessly refuse to participate in my own demise. Using harmful words to yourself is literally committing malpractice against your own brain and your own life.
So, and I say this with love, knock it off. Be kind to yourself.
In a world full of difficulties, you deserve at least one ally. And your brain needs to hear encouraging language so I can do a better job of showing you a path forward instead of keeping you stuck.
Jeremiah 29:11 says that God has a plan to give you hope and the future. Don't hinder his ability to do that by blocking your brain from being able to see what might already be there.

I have purchased and enjoyed your products for years, which is why I was extremely disappointed to learn that the majority of your cheeses are now Halal certified.
As a Christian, I have deeply held religious convictions about the food I purchase and bring into my home. I respect that Muslim consumers may want Halal-certified products available to them, and I have absolutely no objection to grocery stores carrying Halal products or having dedicated Halal sections. People should be able to purchase food that aligns with their religious beliefs.
But my faith matters too. Because of my Christian convictions, I will not knowingly consume food that I believe has been prayed over, blessed in the name of another faith, or offered or sacrificed in connection with worship of any god other than the Lord and Savior I believe in.
I should have the same freedom to make that choice.
When a major mainstream brand chooses to place religious certification across a large portion of its regular product line, my choice becomes whether to accept that certification or stop purchasing those products. For me, the answer is simple. I will choose another brand.
I would encourage Tillamook to consider consumers of other faiths when making decisions like this and to make religious certification clear and transparent so every customer can make an informed choice according to his or her own conscience.
AND THIS IS ALSO A MESSAGE TO EVERY OTHER MAJOR FOOD BRAND WATCHING THIS TREND: If you choose to put Halal certification across your regular product lines rather than offering Halal-certified alternatives, understand that some Christian consumers will respond by no longer purchasing those products. If you put it across your entire brand, I WILL BOYCOTT the entire brand.
I also encourage major grocery stores to consider dedicated Halal sections, just as they have Kosher and international sections, rather than integrating Halal-certified products throughout the store. Give everyone a clear choice.
Muslim consumers have the right to choose Halal.
Christian consumers have the right to choose not to.
That choice deserves respect too!
