Our team also had the opportunity to volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House, helping with daily tasks while staff cared for young patients and their families. Looking forward to welcoming everyone back in 2027! 🚀 #redcellpartners #impactthroughinnovation #teambuilding
Last week marked Red Cell’s last All Hands of the year – an opportunity to celebrate our wins, including new contracts and exits, hear critical business updates, reflect on learnings, and strategize for the year ahead.
We took last night off for a long overdue party with our team, portfolio companies, and partners. There's been a lot to celebrate: big contract wins, an exit, and a massive expansion of our HQ. Thank you to everyone who spent their Wednesday night with us.
Our first exit – Claros’s acquisition by @NavitasSemi closed today. 543 days from launch to a $232.8M outcome, Claros is a perfect example of what the Red Cell model and platform can achieve–in hardware no less.
We’re incredibly proud to have built Claros with Dan and his team from day one, reinventing how energy flows from the grid to the chip and enabling power savings in AI data centers. In that short amount of time, Claros fabricated and tested four generations of integrated voltage regulators, built an integration lab and testbed for Power Gateway in Los Angeles, and partnered with Samsung Electronics to deliver engineering samples and additional IVR designs.
The future is bright for Claros - congratulations again to Dan and the entire team!
