@Village_Hotels You’ve gone all quite on this complaint!. Since the 15/06/26. You owe me £353.30 repair costs to my vehicle. Take this as my final warning, before Court action against you as group. An a CCJ against The Village Group/ BlackStone Estates. Under the Occupiers liability Act 1957, you have failed to ensure a safe carpark for customers and their property: I will be seeking legal recourse for the above sum, cost of repair due to the following, under the above Act: 1) Breech of Duty of Care to persons/property. 2)You have since coned off the area my car was damaged in. acknowledgement of liability. 3)You don’t have a functioning CCTV system, just ANPR for parking fines. Failure to assist. 4) Building work limitation on carpark, direct cause of chaotic parking. The Village Headingley North Leeds is a building site 1/4 of Carpark is occupied by Trade vehicles. 5) Misleading advertisement of a safe and compliant Carpark area.
