A small action made today, could change the direction of someone's tomorrow. 🫂
We asked our group participants, staff & volunteers to share their actions for Mental Health.
Let's keep supporting each other 💜

Today we are wearing green to stand together for mental health 💚Green represents hope, healing and support.
Mental health can affect anyone, and no one should feel that they have to struggle alone 🫂

Sometimes the things we struggle to say out loud can be expressed through art, poetry and creativity.
So we thought we would share some lovely poems and artwork from our team and the community 💜

We've been reflecting & have decided to open the community cafe 1 day to begin with & expand as we embed.
Thank you all for your continued support & our amazing staff & volunteers who are working hard to provide additional activities & events as well as the community cafe 💜🙏
What a fantastic time we had at our first community event on Saturday! Thank you all for coming!
We've decided 12th September is too long to wait until the next one and we're going to have another one on the 18th July!
The question is what would you like the theme to be? 😁💜
A small reminder, be kind. To others, and to yourself 😊
📸 Beautiful artwork from one of our group participants

Gratitude isn’t about ignoring difficult days it's about noticing the small things that help us through them ☺️
