My biggest pet peeve is players/coaches who say the problem and repeat it non stop and say "stop doing that"
example
"stop peaking them we keep losing the early fight" or "stop fighting after we have advantage"
with no real solution to the problem.

There are different solutions based on different comps and playstyles always. Don't just stick with the same solution for different problems.
Ranked also doesn't apply because you can give a solution and they will just mute and run it down b-main anyway.

the end of an era
Today, an 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 has fallen 🥀
We say goodbye to not only an amazing leader and teammate, but a great friend. Chris joined 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄 in October of 2023, becoming our longest tenured member ever. From being at our lowest to reaching new heights, he has been with us through every up and down. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else spearheading our VALORANT operations.
We have mutually agreed to part ways. Chris will be taking a break from competing, but in the meantime exploring options.
