He just shrugged. “I would’ve thought about it eventually.” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

He groaned, rubbing at the back of his neck that was now unnecessarily tense. “Doesn’t seem that simple anymore.” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

He propped his arm on the bar, grinning at her. “Still sold him out.” xitter.cf/ofvocatus/status/94718…

“Ooo, feisty. I am pretty sure that his betrayal is written in the history books, my friend.” xitter.cf/ofvocatus/status/94718…

“Yeah, well, I guess in the matter of us or them, it’s gotta be them, right? It’d be different if they wouldn’t go on to do those horri-“ He stopped, thinking back to previous conversation. This was the hard call. Whose life was worth taking. xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

“Isn’t that what he is?” This was actually kind of amusing. xitter.cf/ofvocatus/status/94717…

“Yeah, I do. I do think it makes a difference. Because each time I got out- each starkiller we ruin, each TIE fighter we shoot down...that’s dozens of lives saved. Even if mine is lost in the process.” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

He deadpans, eyes widening a tad bit. “The /traitor/?!” xitter.cf/ofvocatus/status/94717…

“And there lies my point,” he says with a gesture of his hand. “We could wait for them to dismantle themselves. Power yearnsngor more power in any way possible but...lives lost in the process...not just ours, but the people deserving too live is too much.” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

“Anybody who doesn’t deserve to have their life ripped away from them,” he countered quickly. “I don’t know what head the First Order thinks with, but it isn’t the right one.” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

He ran his hand along his arm, sighing. “And how many innocents die in the process?” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

“I guess everyone is someone’s child- Got any specific person you’re the daughter of?” xitter.cf/ofvocatus/status/94689…

His lip twitched in annoyance before passing through the doors. “So who exactly is Perielle? Other than a snarky wise ass.” xitter.cf/ofvocatus/status/94681…

Again, he fell quiet. Another truth bomb was just dropped. “Yes-...yeah, you’re right. I guess the two can’t really be compared.” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

No, probably not. Though he wouldn’t be too torn up if it was some on the enemy side. “It’s hard to be in a war without killing anyone.” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

The part of him that did not understand females before was really confused now. “Still doesn’t excuse what you said.” xitter.cf/stoiczehoberei/status/…

Now, he couldn’t really argue with that, could he? “I guess-...not.” Chalk it up to self defense, but is it really? This guy is making Hue think of a lot he hasn’t bothered to think of before. xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…

“You sure are quick to waste your time yapping about something you don’t understand for someone so keen on time saving,” he countered. xitter.cf/stoiczehoberei/status/…

Now his gaze really couldn’t meet the other. It was bad enough the thought of making a mistake during a mission. To think that... “You’ve had to do that a lot before, huh...? To preserve your place...” xitter.cf/huxthegeneral/status/9…
