The big 3 (Rogers, Telus, Bell) should be required by law to open there wireless networks for roaming if one goes down. Even at a set small fee. Companies like Interac should be required to have contingency plans and not rely on one provider. #CyberAttack

I for one would take an open and transparent explanation of the failure as an apology. Mistakes…even massive ones happen. It’s what you do after that matters. Be honest and forthright, and don’t insult us with a $3 credit.

To recap, 25% of Canada for the last 24 hours has had:
No internet
No cell service
No access to banks or ATMs
No ability to call 911
…and there is still NO explanation from Rogers. Seems a little off 🤔

What the hell are you doing not have redundancy for something as critical as interac? Frankly this is atrocious and horribly disturbing that it only takes a single company to cripple an entire country's economy. This is a total and utter failure on your behalf as well as Rogers.
