UPDATE: the semi was carrying transformers which are now leaking oil. NFD HAZMAT is working to contain runoff. The driver was sent to the hospital with minor injuries. In addition to I-40 WB and I-40 EB, the I-65 SB ramp is closed. Folks are being forced onto I-24/East Loop
