lol claude 5.5 refused to stop adding the "generated with Claude Code" to every PR review comment. i had to throw some verbal artillery at it to get it to relent - but apparently i actually overwrote developer-level instructions

Most AI chats leave you with text you still have to rebuild somewhere else.
Littlebird finishes the last mile.
Ask it in plain language for a webpage, a PDF, a CSV, or a Markdown doc, and it builds the file from an understanding of your work.
It can be a client-ready brief, a personal site, or a CSV of the prospects you just discussed.
You can then refine it in the same conversation, download it, or share an HTML with a link.
Every one lands in your Library on the side panel.
made this in @LittlebirdAI to test our Artifacts feature. the "any resemblance" line killed me lolll
what an amazing build!
I don't think the Turing test has really ever been passed "for real".
for real, i.e. as opposed to technically passed like when an early LM pretended to be a Ukrainian boy who doesn't speak great English
I'm very confused as to the state of the Turing test -- which was supposedly passed years ago -- as we have large company CEOs routinely publishing obvious AI slop and getting rightfully eviscerated for it. It's very rare that any substantial piece of writing from an LLM would be able to fool me into thinking a human wrote it.
I think it all comes back to the fact that any real eval needs to be dynamic because humans adapt. The world changes. Everything is in motion constantly. Very buddhist state of affairs

always a pleasure to listen to Chalmers, he has a talent for explaining hardcore philosophy in plain terms.
spoiler: he doesn’t think there are huge reasons why llms could’t be conscious.
Best life advice: make it a habit to change your habits.
Just came up with this even though I'm 99.99% sure somebody has said this before.
I keep running into an annoying thing: forking is broken in ChatGPT (Codex):
if your conversation is A, B, C [you fork here], D, E, you don't end up with A, B, C - instead the app **shows** you only A, B, C but the agent still sees D and E.
Opus 5 is not bad (I especially like the better usage limits :) ), but it keeps doing one very annoying thing: saying it will do the next step of the plan and then immediately stopping instead.
When you point it out it apologizes then immediately does it again.
and yet some people will find a way to continue bellowing llms are just glorified autocompletes with no understanding or insight.
hello there the jacobian conjecture is false thanx to my close friend akhil for asking about it and my other close friend fable for working during the world cup final
((1+xy)^3 z + y^2 (1+xy) (4+3xy), y + 3 x (1+xy)^2 z + 3 x y^2 (4+3xy), 2 x - 3 x^2 y - x^3 z): \C^3\to \C^3, has jacobian determinant -2, and sends (0, 0, -1/4), (1, -3/2, 13/2), and (-1, 3/2, 13/2) to (-1/4, 0, 0)

this is kind of nuts: in the age when LLMs one-shot 3d pelicans on bicycles, Fable can't figure out where to put the eye on a simple svg logo - and this is after a couple of attempts and it "verifying" by taking a screenshot.
other than that, Fable is great though :)
