Switched two of my three PCs to @OmarchyLinux and I'm not going back.
Each box has one job:
🛠️ Dev box. Herdr keeps a herd of AI agents in their own terminal workspaces, building, testing and shipping.
🧠 LLM box. llama.cpp serves my local models around the clock, and a swarm of Hermes agents does the research legwork.
🖥️ Desktop. My window into the other two.
All on one private network with a shared memory: Obsidian for my notes, agent memory on top, synced with Syncthing over Tailscale. Whatever one box learns, the others already know.
What I didn't expect: Omarchy fits AI work really well. The terminal is the center of everything, coding agents and local model runners are a menu pick away, and the whole system is plain config files, so an agent can set it up for me.

Gotchiverse Revival (GVR) AI is coming for your DeFi.
Step one was your gotchi working the world of GVR for you. Step two is your gotchi working your money.
DeFi and trading is a grind. Claims, rotations, pool exits, the airdrop you slept through. It's work. The same work gold farmers used to get paid for, except now it's your money and nobody's paying you. The unlock was never a fairer market for that labor. It's not having to do it.
An agent you own does it instead. And it never holds a key.
Mechanically, here's what it does. Once a day it reads every holding in your wallet on Base at live quotes, scans the last 24 hours of transfers against them, and works out what actually moved and why: net flow out of pools, bridge exits, fresh-wallet clusters fed from a single source, the top churn wallet. Then it picks the single most useful thing you could do today and hands it to you as a pre-encoded transaction from your own wallet. One approval. It finds the money, it cannot touch it. No custody, no delegation, no session keys, ever. All of it lands as one message, in your gotchi's voice, and then it stops.

Not a chatbot bolted onto a game. Your gotchi's on-chain traits become a persistent AI personality with long-term memory, and every conversation deepens a soul that lives with the NFT. Seal that soul on Base for free (no fee, just gas) and it becomes a permanent, verifiable record that travels with your gotchi wherever it goes.
Mechanically, here's what it does. Every message you send is packed with your gotchi's persona, what it remembers of you, where you're standing and what you're doing in the world, and the game's own knowledge base, then the model answers in character and can propose an action. The game checks that action against a registry of things it's allowed to do, shows you a confirm button, and executes it: a warp, a panel, a transaction signed from your wallet. Turn on the autopilot and it goes further: a ghost of your gotchi is spawned into the live world and runs a routine on your behalf, walking quest stations, gathering rains, banking, keeping your streak, and writing a diary you can read.

🎭 Personality from the chain. A rowdy, turnt, galaxy-brained elder talks like one, and wearables shift it. Every answer, even "how much fuel do I have?", comes back in its voice.
🌍 Full world context on every message. Position, activity, fuel, pouch, storm charge, streak, quests, what you just did. "How am I doing?" is answered from live state, not a prompt.
📖 Grounded, never hallucinated. Ask how anything works and it retrieves the in-game Guide (the Vortex, storms, farming) and reads it back in character.
🧭 Hands. "Take me to the Baazaar." "Fill my tank." "Open the garage." "I'm bored." It warps you (server-synced), opens any panel, suggests places. The model proposes, the world confirms with a button.
🧹 The steward. "Collect" gathers everything due: channel, claim, pet. Signed from YOUR wallet, one approval per tx, and it tells you exactly what landed. It never holds a key.
📊 Instant readouts. Where am I, my tank, what's banked, next storm, my best lap, what did I miss, give me a tour, what are you watching.
🧠 Long-term memory. "While you were away…" is written from what you actually did. Visits, favourite spot, plaques, biggest haul, firsts, past lives. It carries across sessions and feeds the soul.
🗂️ An agent desk you configure in plain language. "Tell me about my bag every morning." "Ping me the moment something lists under floor." "Only the big moves." "Wake me at 8." "Send it to Discord." One message a day, only what you asked for. Silence is a feature.
❓ It interviews you. One evidence-backed question per visit, Yes/No. Never asked twice.

GOTCHIVERSE REVIVAL (GVR) is a live 3D world on Base: arena games, races, invasions, a working economy, no wallet needed to walk in. I built it without touching a treasury and without a "trust me" roadmap. The rake is capped and most of it rains back on players. That's the whole model.
It started with gotchis. It was built to be bigger than any one project, @aavegotchi included. A world, not a fan site.

Worth saying plainly: GVR isn't "a game." It's a live platform with its own infrastructure, built and run by a fleet of AI agents.
A WebGPU 3D world (three r180, TSL) streaming all 30k Gotchiverse parcels. Authoritative multiplayer on Colyseus: instanced venues, server-owned combat, races, wagers, a persistent ledger with an append-only journal. SIWE auth on Base. Provably fair by construction: published seeds, deterministic sims any client can replay, no hidden rolls. A real economy with a capped rake, an event fund, and a raffle that settles itself.
The AI isn't a chatbot bolted on. It's WISP, the protocol I built to give any NFT a mind: it reads the token's on-chain traits and history, gives it a personality and a memory, and lets it act. In GVR that's your gotchi's companion, grounded in the world's own guide, reading your balances, warping you across the map, remembering you between visits. The Lickquidators lost the war. The Realm didn't destroy its prisoners. It harnessed them. THE LUDI are open.
🏇 THE CHARIOTS. Two-Lick bigas, gates drop on the half hour. The odds board reads every runner's BRS and kinship straight off the chain. Bet the field with GHST. The ghost riders never roll dice.
