Precision Mapper is a web tool for turning perspective reference images into clean, editable UV atlas textures. It helps you mark four-point regions on source images, straighten them into texture space, arrange them across atlases, and export production-ready PNG texture sheets.
Key Features:
- Four-point texture projection from reference images
- Adjustable horizontal and vertical alignment guides
- Multiple textures from the same source image
- Multi-atlas UV layout with editable atlas resolution
- Texture move, resize, rotate, snap, padding, and dilation controls
- Source-to-atlas selection highlighting for easier tracking
- Project save/open with undo and redo
- PNG atlas export
Useful for texture artists, environment artists, game artists, and anyone building texture atlases from photo references.

I’m playing with this local real-time Gaussian avatar playground from FlexAvatar.
You can create avatars from not only an image, but also from multiple inputs.
The motion by webcam/video motion is not working as in the paper, so I will need to go into it and see what the issue is.
Added morph between saved avatars and a way to inspect the Gaussian primitives live.

Compositor Post
The new Compositor in Spritesheet Editor v1.5 lets you build animated scenes with layers, clips, text, audio, shadows, outlines, timeline controls, and GIF/MP4 export.
It is built for quick sprite previews, animation tests, and polished presentation exports.
I just released Spritesheet Editor, a free browser tool for cleaning, previewing, aligning, editing, and exporting 2D sprite animations.
No install. No license required. Just open it and start working.
Try it here:

@interloko, are you ready?
I continued working on the Unity x MUGEN project last night. I implemented hit reactions, including VFX, when a character is hit or falls to the ground.

I’ve been working on a MUGEN to Unity importer focused on bringing classic fighting game assets and systems into Unity.
So far, I’ve implemented support for SFF, SND, AIR, palettes, colliders, and I’ve also been working on stages, parallax, custom shadows, controls, and push boxes.
Still working on the project in my free time, I’ll be sharing the progress in the replies below.

Basic controls
This update shows the implementation of basic controls for the project.
A simple but important step toward building a playable foundation and moving closer to a full MUGEN-style fighting game workflow in Unity.

Push boxes
This video highlights the implementation of push boxes in Unity.
Push boxes are a key part of fighting game interaction, helping define character space and preventing overlap during gameplay.
