Just wanted to post something out there amidst all the drama.
We have never and will never install any kind of malware, keylogger, bitcoin miner, or anything of the sort on any computer, ever, let alone a client. We care about our clients more than most.
We care very much about our reputation and brand, and there are competitors right now that are paying people to post and slander our name in an attempt to gain a profit and an edge over one of the largest optimization companies in the space.
Thats all! We also have some crazy stuff in the works👀

The reason we filed a copyright strike is because the video is false and misleading, and exposed aspects of the service that we don't necessarily want public and are proprietary. When you opened your ticket with us, you told us that you play CS2 only. So we only optimized for CS2. That changes quite a few of the optimizations we do on the system, compared to other games, and that is on purpose. Not sure why you didn't show the BIOS tooling of our service, makes me curious. You also mentioned the GPU OC, we don't do OCs in our Elite service, we just put a blanket change purely for CS2 (more on this below).
You used Fortnite as your base measurement, but did not mention you even play the game, nor did you have it installed when we did the optimization. In order for us to apply legacy performance mode, you would have had to have Epic Games installed as well as Fortnite for the startup flags to apply. Presumably, based on the numbers, you played games as is. And, while I don't know your testing mechanisms because you didn't say anything about it, there is no way to know whether or not you gave any time for shader cache to build up, which would explain many of the frame consistency issues you pointed out.
Funny enough, you topped the charts on every single one of your benchmarks, which to me points to the fact that you purposefully hand-tweaked and overclocked that system with no 'time limit' that would usually apply (whether by force or not) to a client. You are comparing your absolute ideal situation to a bunch of companies, you did not share your testing mechanisms and you funny enough did not post your own tweak, how long it took, whether the overclock was the normal service or a 'special for this video' service (I would assume the latter considering tweaks don't make a 400 fps difference). But in relation to the 400 fps difference, an OC + Tweak almost certainly wouldn't make up that difference either, so it's not really explained by the service and instead points back to my Fortnite wasn't optimized point.
You mentioned process count and Malwarebytes, which to me point to the fact that you have little understanding of the tweaks you're actually applying. We point out processes because people generally care about it and use it for comparison, but then you said "what is he talking about? 70 processes is not clean". Once again promoting the 'processes is everything' mindset that has no direct relation to system performance. 70 idle processes is less damaging than 5 heavy ones.
Also, you compared our $60 service to (presumably) your $150 service. Our Elite service does not include overclocks, that is a separate service you buy from us, which you did not do. So you didn't compare apples to apples for anyone, which obviously would put your service far ahead. I am not the only one, every single competitor that was in the video knows that it is troll, it is the same thing as Xilly's video against us, which he admitted is just a silly concept once you posted yours.
In summary: you purposefully inflated your tweaks above everyone else's, and probably took measures into your own hands to modify the environments in any situation where you were not the best.
I am happy to do an apples to apples comparison, where we go all out on our machine that is identical specs to your machine. Or you hop on our machine and I can record the entire process start to finish for both of our services, including the part where we let shader cache build before benchmarking, we would do 3 games for simplicity and time, since I wouldn't want to cut the video even one time and can upload the entire thing unedited to Google Drive for anyone that wants to verify it is our service vs yours. We could even allow you to make another ghost account and buy the service, giving the technician my AnyDesk ID and answering the questions yourselves, so that the technician doesn't even know the machine (wouldn't be able to definitively prove this but happy to whatever terms you want). But I know you won't accept this, and instead will just continue to argue the point I am making, continue to defend your video (which I would expect of ourselves as well) and at the end of the day, you are just posting the video for clicks and clients as a marketing campaign.
I suggest we come up with some kind of 'tweak benchmark' as a community so that we can really benchmark everyone's tweaks on a public leaderboard, overclocks are automatic disqualification, and so is any crashing.

Just want everyone to know that he instantly deleted his tweet after blocking me because our reply was getting motion pretty quick. Unfortunate it had to come to this, the entire tweaking community he 'exposed', is terrible because of people like him doing stuff like this.
