Conference realignment never sleeps. More G6 moves ahead. SEC & B1G no immediate plans but if/when they do, UNC & Virginia top SEC's wish list; Big Ten would consider “usual suspects (from ACC & Notre Dame), maybe a high academic school out West or Texas school for geographic/recruiting upside," sources told @On3

NEWS: The SEC filed an amendment to its federal lawsuit against LSU, Lane Kiffin and school officials on Tuesday, which seeks the authority for the SEC to expel LSU from the league. The SEC is not expected to take such action, but the filing indicates the seriousness of the league as it attempts to affirm the legal right to enforce its own rules. That was the point of the original federal suit filed last week. W/@DanMurphyESPN and Mark Schlabach.

Tarleton State's want to go FBS has been well-known, but some good info in here
-Conversations with FBS leagues center around “making sure that we remain on the radar"
-An FCS-to-FBS move will continue to get more expensive. And more difficult to receive an invite due to diluting revenues
-Tarleton would ideally like to make the jump within the next 5 years
-Tarleton's athletics budget this year is around $45M, which is very impressive for an FCS-level department
Exclusive: Tarleton State wants to make the jump from FCS to FBS.
The Texas A&M system school went D-II to D-I just six years ago. Now, after tens of millions in facility upgrades and a bigger athletics budget, it's eyeing the next level.

Boise State & the other 4 schools that left for the Pac-12 only need to pay "just under $10 million," or about less than HALF, of their MW exit fees.
After 2025-26 distributions were withheld, those schools are now owed "roughly $2 million" each by the MW.
The Pac-12 and Mountain West have settled their legal spat over exit and poaching fees. Here's a look at the financial terms.
