@IcelandFoods @UberEats I would like this escalated to a manager, I placed an order today from Iceland, I got a phone call to tell me that my order couldn’t be delivered as the items I requested where not in stock.
The driver told me that they had technical issues and that he
the delivery the driver had to wait for the order to time out so that he could clear his screen.
I am not understanding why I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund as the goods DID NOT ARRIVE.
The driver has left me his number so that you can contact him and check if the food
arrived and he will confirm that it did NOT ARRIVE.
