No wireless device should EVER be in contact with your body for extended periods of time. Speaker mode for all phone calls. Wired headphones only; absolutely no brain-barbecuing "airpods". If you have to hold or carry your phone in your pocket, put it on airplane mode. Never put your laptop directly on your lap; put it on a table, or if you really want to lounge on the couch or in your bed, at least stuff a pillow between it and your junk. Never use electronics AT ALL while they're connected to a charger (this ramps up the the EMF production significantly). If you're super busy and your laptop is low on battery, plug it in and put it off to the side, then switch to working on your phone while it's charging, and vice versa. I've maintained the above habits for years without a problem. I promise it's not hard. (And obviously, absolute PERFECTION is impossible, unless you're willing to ditch all tech and move out to the woods. It's all about making improvements where it's easy to do so, while still being able to do all the things you want to with your devices.)

The Grand Canyon wasn't naturally eroded by water over millions of years. The Earth itself isn't even that old. It was physically dug out for resources, by technology beyond our comprehension, likely thousands of years ago. It's a gigantic quarry - same as most other "canyons" in the world.
