People hating on Ludwig for a stupid comment and not because he bought his way to a main stage spot on day 3 despite half the people in day 1 of Rivals 2 literally DQ’d. (I like Rivals 2)

Tyler1 asked why Ludwig hadn’t been streaming Street Fighter 6 as much in the lead-up to the event. Ludwig replied, “I like Street Fighter, but I also like viewers.”
Many in the fighting game community interpreted the comment as dismissive toward the game and its players, sparking immediate backlash as the crowd began booing him
