Nodes go down for many reasons such as power cut, hardware failure, maintenance.
The question is when, not if.
Many networks support 1 public key per node.
What happens then? The network stutters, the even chain grinds to a halt.
Recovery isn't simple, often depends on complex fallbacks & governance approvals.
For a system meant to run 24/7, that's a critical vulnerability.

After the Generate tool, I tried the remaining 3 AI tools on @thelynkapp.
👉 For /analyze, I uploaded an image (a screenshot of a section of U$ER's website) and tried to analyze it, but I got an error message.
I tried a couple of other images too, but got the same result.
I don't know if there's a specific type of image that can actually be analyzed, or if the feature is just not functional yet.
👉 For /enhance, I tried enhancing a text I wrote, which had some Pidgin English mixed in.
I expected this one to work without a hassle, but nope.
I got an error message in the posting section.
I then tried enhancing the same writeup in Lynara's chat, and she just replied as if I was simply talking to her 😅
👉 The Transcribe tool also... Didn't work :(
Only the generate tool seems to be functional rn.
Looks like there's still a lot of work to be done on the AI.
Btw, I forgot to mention how you actually use these tools in my last post.
You simply add the necessary file, then tap on whichever tool you want to use.
I thought the /enhance tool also worked for media and wanted to try that too, but I was wrong. It's only for texts.
Media can be uploaded to add context when using the /enhance tool to rewrite texts.

Well, Syfer said he wants to see the AI charge when using the AI tools on @thelynkapp...
So I used the /generate tool with a prompt I got from from ChatGPT to create an image.
Btw, you can't use very long prompts because of the 280-character limit in the posting section... Lynara's chat doesn't have this limit though.
Now, the fee is barely noticeable.
And contrary to what I initially thought, the fee is charged in $LYNK, not SOL.
Only about 10 LYNK was charged, which is worth around $0.03 at the time.
That's pretty fair imo.
Now, I didn't do this test with much expectation since the AI is still undergoing improvements...
But what I got impressed the hell out of me 🥹
And the whole process took just a few seconds.
Now I have to try the other tools ASAP as well 🙂↔️

Be careful: Wallets are getting drained.
Meme launchpad hype is getting crazy, so new projects are popping up left and right.
But don’t assume every project is legit just because CT is hyping it. A lot of them are only here to ride the attention, and some can drain your wallet very quickly.
@SharcFun is a perfect example. It launched on Arc as a meme launchpad, and it is literally draining wallets that interact with it. Some users have already had $10k-$100k+ drained, with a few possibly losing even more.
So don’t connect your main wallet to every random dapp you see on the timeline.
One bad signature can wipe your funds, NFTs and years of airdrop activity within seconds.
Do your own checks before clicking anything.

Once upon a post, I talked about the pool types on @nfwdotfun:
Collectibles Pool (TCGs & NFTs), and Tokens Pool.
What I didn't mention was that there was something called Packs in each pool.
So, what are the Packs?
Packs are basically groups of positions/assets that you can choose to draw from within a pool.
In the Collectibles Pool, there are 4 Packs (2 for NFTs, and 2 for TCGs), while in the Tokens Pool, there's just 1 Pack.
You can choose a Pack or a combination of Packs to draw from.
And from my general observation, each Pack has a different pull cost, and a combination of these Packs also gives a different cost.
How are the packs grouped?
How is the pulling cost determined?
Those are things I'm going to find out soon 🫡
