My gut tells me majority of $TSLA shareholders will be wanting to be acquired by $SPCX by the end of the year.
I don't think people are quite grasping the earnings acceleration from SpaceX in the near term, especially as their partnership with NVIDIA deepens, which will be a key player in providing the CAPEX necessary to build out the AI side of the business.
Will be very interesting to see how @elonmusk navigates this with an EXTREMELY loyal retail investor base in Tesla.
Giving Tesla shareholders a fair premium will be very important for his legacy.

We believe there is an 80%-90% chance that Tesla and SpaceX merge by the end of 2027 for a number of strategic AI and data-driven reasons and this is the right move for Musk. Board Committees on both Tesla and SpaceX analyzing deal merits and price. 🏆🚀🐂

Safari 27 blocks hidden trackers that turn your email address into a tracking ID 🔥
Here's how this kind of tracking works, in plain words. Some companies take your email address and turn it into an ID. That ID can then follow you across different websites.
Apple's WebKit team says that in the iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS 27 releases, "Safari and WebKit block network access to identity resolution infrastructure to prevent cross-site tracking." In other words, Safari cuts off the behind-the-scenes networks that do this matching.
Apple also says "the blocking is done on the domain level, meaning they can't just change the structure of the network request to work around the protection." So trackers can't easily sneak past it.
It doesn't block every kind of tracking, but it's a real privacy upgrade for people who use Safari on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro.

This is the larger 400-liter carbon overwrapped pressure vessel (COPV) that will go in the passenger seat in the rocket trim of @Tesla's Roadster, which is why this version is a one-seater. Combined with a 200L tank in the rear, available only on the Thrust and Rocket trims, the Rocket trim will have a total capacity of 600L.
Rocket trim comes with 10 total thrusters around the vehicle: Four rear-facing, four downward-facing, and two side-facing.
• Performance trim: Four rear fans, suction system and front and rear deployable skirts.
• Thrust trim: Four rear fans, suction system, front and rear deployable skirts & four rear-facing acceleration thrusters (with 200L COPV tank).
