Back from CMLS 🛬 Business conversations were insanely productive. The closed session with our partners went great. Our welcome event was a huge vibe. We're at CMLS right now sneaking away from actual humans to document what we shipped, so it's going to be quick. Here's what's new in 'We Ship A Lot' volume 005. 1) Faster, more accurate owner search: Owner autocomplete and parcel lookups are now quicker and more precise, especially when APNs overlap across different parts of the country. 2) Better multifamily property matching: Unit-level address matching is now stricter, reducing incorrect matches in condos, apartments, and other multifamily buildings. 3) Cleaner property addresses: Street-address parsing has been improved to reduce duplicated or incorrectly merged address lines in RealReports. Every move tells a story 🚚 Now you can see where homeowners are coming from, where they’re going, and how that movement is changing a market directly in RealReports. Let's break it down: WHAT? We’ve added IRS migration data to RealReports. Explore how many households moved into or out of a county, see the top counties on either side of that flow, and compare the incomes of incoming and outgoing households. Statewide views show where movers are coming from and how movement breaks down by age and income. WHY? “People are moving here” is easy to say. Showing a buyer where they’re arriving from, or helping a seller understand who may be entering their market, makes for a much better conversation. It’s another way to bring local context to your next client meeting, listing presentation, or relocation discussion.
