sometimes, “later” becomes “never.”
we keep waiting for the right time, the right conditions, or the right moment, and sometimes that moment never comes.
if it matters to you, don't always leave it for later.
Start with the vision you can see today. Build faithfully. The larger vision reveals itself through the process.

Winners: DM me your email and I'll put you in touch with @OffiongSpeaks, MT's lead Investment Associate.
Everyone else: We discussed what’s working + where things could go next. If you want that feedback, DM me and I’ll share it privately.
Thank you to everyone who participated, as well as MicroTraction and Offiong.
Excited to keep exploring ways to support African AI builders.
PS. We had so much fun doing this one that we are thinking of making this format recurring, and doing our review session call publicly on a Twitter Space. If that's something you'd want to watch, kindly like and RT this post.
Thanks everyone who submitted!
Will be chatting with the @microtraction team tomorrow.
Here's the projects that we'll be considering:

What people call “overnight success” is just the moment they finally noticed you.
What they don’t see: the broken builds, the silent seasons, the people who doubted you, and the years nobody clapped.
To them, it’s overnight — because their attention is new.
To you, it’s a lifetime — because you never stopped showing up.
There is no overnight success.
There is only consistency that survived being unseen.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

THE FASTEST WAY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE IS TO MAKE SOMETHING PUBLIC
THE INTERNET REWARDS PEOPLE WHO TRY OUT LOUD.
After weeks of building, testing, and refining, I’m excited to announce that Demtos Clip is now live.
With Demtos Clip, you can repurpose sermon videos and podcasts into multiple short clips — turning one message into a full week of content.

Over the years, I've realized something important:
Most people aren't watching as closely as you think. Everyone is focused on their own stuff.
What keeps many from sharing their work? Fear of judgment. What will people think?
But here's the truth: the people who matter will appreciate your work.
Be bold this year. Not all judgment is bad: sometimes criticism is valuable feedback that helps you grow.
Stop waiting for perfect. Start sharing.

I am currently building Demtos Clip - a tool that turns long sermons into short shareable clips for churches and ministries. Been building in secret for years, finally putting it out there. clip.demtos.com"
Last year, I hid myself.
I was building quietly — too shy to put myself out there.
Then I realized: 1000 skills + 0 visibility = 0 opportunities.
So in 2026, I’m building in public.
Just joined this community, and I’m genuinely encouraged by the posts I’ve seen here. 👏

Churches shouldn’t spend hours cutting sermon clips.
I built Demtos Clip — a platform that turns one sermon into a full week of short-form content automatically.
