Scheduling and lead time prediction is insanely complicated, especially for high mix. You can spends millions developing sophisticated software. Digital twins. Statistical models. Monte Carlo simulations. Or you can just have excess capacity.

I can't believe we already are up to a team of 35 techno industrialists. YC Demo Day was still only 11 months ago. We started official production 9.5 months ago. The company incorporated 12.5 months ago. So stoked and an awesome moment for the nox team in our new factory. This is an extremely earned moment for us.
