Gearing up for a well deserved vacation. @Haunt3dDisc0rd and I are coming to the states. As in Hawaii…tropical weather in the winter.
I’m showing @Haunt3dDisc0rd how we cook down in the Southern US. I’m making fried chicken tenders, biscuits from scratch (like my Memaw used to make), mashed potatoes and country gravy.

Grieving sucks but it’s a process we all have to go through at some point. I moved to Birmingham, England two years ago after the death of my son, JV. He died in my arms. That was the last time his mom @cheyennecageTX and I saw each other aside from the funeral. I left soon after
I was alone in a new country until I met @Haunt3dDisc0rd. I’m lucky she was there because I was a mess.
